It's true. If the shower water is hot, your balls are going to get hot. But if you're going with a hot towel or rice sock, you have more control.
By the way, I'm fairly new here myself, but it doesn't seem like most of the advanced members here consider hot shower alone to be an adequate entire warm-up. It's a good start, but you can do better.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Hi everyone, I'm new to pe i have been doing pe for about three weeks. i have noticed improvements in my EQ. I have noticed no gains in length or girth. is this normal?

Also, I need help understanding how to perform v-jelqs as girth is an area i need to work on.

Three weeks? You're a beginner chronic, and EQ gains are nice.
I linked to the v-jelq on page 250, but feel free to post back if that thread doesn't answer everything. By the way, v-jelqs can be very stimulating since you're so close to the frenulum, so be careful not to be v-jelqing with a hard-on. If you get too erect while doing them, wait until you soften up a bit.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

say i want to just straighten out a curvature, should i still be on this program? or are there better exercises for that?
and in the routine, to clarify, you want us to do 3 sets of 50 wet jelqs and 30 v-jelqs? so the way i see it is that you do 50 wet jelqs, then switch to 30 v-jelqs, then switch to 50 wet jelqs, etc..

Extenders are the best to straighten a curve. And jelqing against the curve works well over time too, try it with this routine.
Yes, but if you want you can do 150 jelqs then 90 v jelqs right after if you really want to.

Hey guys I am new to this forum and I have been doing this workout for about a month now, haven't measured yet, but I believe I am seeing some incremental gains. I think it is improving my sex life also, I was having sex the other day and after I ejaculated, I was good to go for round two without any rest. I've never done that before, and I'm almost 30 years old. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the kegels. Well thanks for this forum it is nice way to help people out who want healthier sex lives and size gains.

Hey guys, just one quick question: I really like to take cold showers, not really cold showers, but for the past 2 years I've stood under cold water after my shower for a few minutes. Is this bad for my penis? And will it affect my progress with this program?
