    Pull enough so you feel a stretch. No PE exercise you do should be accompanied with pain and you shouldn't feel tired or sore after, this isn't weight lifting.

    i have a question
    i'm reading these days your article but i really CANT find my LOT.
    i read carefully the way to find your LOT,
    BUT i can't really feel it, when i kegel in straight out and straight down WHEN it tugs back.
    how does this works?
    could someone help me with that?
    i tried to understand it as much as i could , cause my english isn't the best.

    My flaccid is only 2.5" i really want to up this tHis to around 5" im doin jp90 2 on 1 off. Would fowfers be good to add or shud i stick to jp only?

    Just want to report:

    I did this routine today (even though it is my second off day, I just had to try) without using the shower and it worked much better!

    Question: Is it normal that around 30 minutes after you're done with the routine, your penis will shrink into extra small flaccid (in my case, shrink very much into around 3.5 inches)?

    Yes it's pretty normal. Your penis is just saying "that was a pretty intense workout and now i just want to curl up for a few minutes and rest." So don't worry what size it is after your workout because it's perfectly normal that it should temporary curl up a little after an intense PE workout.

    Sorry for double posting but:

    Jelq and V Jelqs:

    "Both hands count as one rep."

    Does this mean that when you jelq with your right hand, it counts as 1 and when you switch to the other left hand, it counts as 1? Or does it mean that when you have jelqed once with both hands, it's one rep?

    This is true on the jelq but on the v-jelq going left, middle, right counts as one rep (to JP it does).

    To me though one jelq is one hand so if i was looking at jps routine were he says 3x50 jelqs and 30x30 v-jelqs to me this means 3x100 jelqs and 3x90 v-jelqs.
