    I'll try tuesday again staying extra flaccid... I don't have baby powder or talcum - using it would also cause a lot of mess, something I don't want to have in my situation in these days, hehe.

    If anyone have any other tips... Shout out.

    If you do your routine in the mornings you could have a shower afterwards to wash off the talcum powder and the lube used for jelqing

    Also if you shave a bit of talcum powder during the day allegedly reduces chaffing/friction

    I can't shower in the morning, no time and I also don't live alone, so I don't have that privacy thing in the morning.

    Pull out and do 10 circles. Just like you stretch to the left right up and down, do that 10 times without stopping, hence big circles.

    question, i've started the 90 day routine (already seeing results!) how should i count the 90 days in total like 1 week = 7 days OR just the days that i am training without counting the resting days (2) ? THNX in advance !
