To be honest, I'm fairly new at this myself (still finishing off conditioning), but negative PI's usually mean it's time to rest.
Why not take a few days and see if you normalize? Best case scenario is that your penis recovers, and your erections return to normal. Use that as an opportunity to take a good measurement. Maybe your PC muscle needs a little rest too.
As you alluded to, maybe 4 days without a rest is too much. You're right to consider decreasing frequency.
All in all, play it by ear and see what some rest does for you. Then come back. If it's not resolved, hopefully an experienced PE'er will have some insight. If you are worried about shrinkage, really monitor your measurements when you have sufficient EQ to do so.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

This is what I am experiencing right now actually and I'm about 20 days in the program. However, I think the reason behind this is that your penis IS changing, it's not used to be trained like this. So it becomes "tired" in a way, even though you rest it for a day.

For what it's worth, I'm only training 3 days per week. I realize that some other frequencies are more popular around here, but I'm not the only guy to do a Mon/Wed/Fri split. It provides a day of rest between every session, and a nice little 2 day break on the weekend.
I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I'm on a 2 days on 1 day off. I'll do it for the three month, but after that, I'll limit it to 3 days per week.

Have to quickly ask you though, what does PI stand for? I tried looking in the abbreviations and anacronym thread but couldn't find it.
I suppose because it's affected my peeing as well it's most likely going to be the PC muscles that's the problem, and not my penis, which isn't quite as bad. I'm not sure if I've been doing too much kegeling or too little, I do it at the given points in the JP90 routine so I'm not too sure wha might be the problem. I'll give it some rest time for a few days and see how it is after then.
Thanks a lot both for your replies. Even if my problem isn't solved right now (which would obviously take time), it makes me feel better knowing I can ask for and get great help and advice.

PI is a physiological indicator. Basically: What kinds of signs is your penis giving you? In my previous post, the 'negative PI' that I was referring to was your decreased erection quality.

I'm looking to gain an inch or so on bone pressed length, my girth is 5.5, maybe a bit more on that would be fine. My tot or whatever its called is slightly under 9, anyone have any estimates on how long an inch would take to gain?

I know these questions have already been asked and answered in this thread, but it's like 200 pages of searching I'd have to do so I'll just ask them again.
Using the size genetics extender and doing JP's routine? Good? Bad? For how long should I wear? Should I wear on off days?

PR20 - Newbie here myself. I found it difficult to get repeatable measurements and I thought I may have been going negative.
What works for me is to take erect measurements while edgeing after abstaining from ejaculating for 3-4 days. Also as stated on these forums quite a bit...concentrate on a steady routine and not take frequent measurements.
