Don't kegel every day Dyno. Those muscles need recovery time too, and kegeling every day will tire them out.
What frequency are you using for PE? I'd say leave a day in between kegel days, even if you PE two days in a row - just my opinion, maybe others will vary.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Just a few questions - with the stretches before the jelqs, where am I meant to feel the stretch? I currently feel it in the skin, rather than the 'meat' underneath.
Also when I do the V jelqs I dont really feel much blood going to the glans and my veins in the foreskin don't bulge out as much compared to when I do normal jelqs. As I curl my fingers upwards to get a better grip they reach the glans pretty quickly... the bottom of the V hasnt got anywhere near the frenulum yet. So basically how can I improve my V jelq tekkers?

I highly recommend doing v-jelqs seated. This is something that I tried a while back and initially disliked. I now find that doing v-jelqs in a seated position makes it much easier to access the base, and just improves the exercise overall. Plus, you get a nice break from [presumably] standing to do regular jelqs.
In my limited experience, the tips of your fingers should not be touching your glans - even at the very top portion of the exercise. My fingertips used to come close to touching my stomach, or even brushed past it, when I did these standing. Now that I do them seated, it's a little different.
As an added tip, really lube the CS (underside) of your penis well - from deep at the base. Do the inner webbing of your fingers, too. A slicker surface will mean an easier time keeping a slow pace. Remember, v-jelqs should contact the underside of your penis, as well as the sides.

As for stretching, that's a bit of a tougher question. Where are you gripping? Some recommend gripping just below the glans, but I have found that a bit of a lower grip towards the mid shaft has been useful. Sure, it's not like I'm gripping the base, but I am further away from the head than some of the pictures in the 'exercises' section. So try to find a grip that suits you and avoid the glans. Try to ease into the stretch. It's not uncommon to think pulling harder is better at first, but remember, you're not trying to yank a vegetable from the root. Just ease into it, and give your ligaments a nice stretch.

So...we do this routine for 5 days straight, and 2 days rest at the end?
Like...Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Then on saturday and sunday, we just do kegels?

That's one option, but it might tire you out. You can do a 2 on 1 off, that's what a lot of guys do. You can do 3 sessions per week. See how you feel. Search the term 'physiological indicators.' If your penis is showing a positive response, you're on the right track. If it's negative, then you're doing too much.

You should take a look at the "Success" part of he forum for some inspiration from people who have grown their penis. It can happen to anyone, and for guys who are smaller it'll just be an even greater feeling when you see it grow.
Also I try for 2 days on, 1 day off, but if I have a free house for a few hours on what should be an off day, I'll try and do it.
