i mean the routine without the warmups and warm downs only the exercises

Each jelq takes 3-5 seconds for each hand, and both hands = 1 rep.

ooohh ... i do jelqs with only 1 hand i didnt knew that 1 left and 1 right had are 1 rep

Hey guys, I just recently started my routine of 10 minutes warm up (rice sock) then I do all the stretching, and 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs and 8 min warm down.
I really want to get the best out of my routine for I have a pretty small unit. (5.1 inch erected length 4 inch erected girth) and Its driving insane. I'm an attractive man, and I can get any girl I want, but just because of my penis...I just don't try.
So can someone please guide me on how to do this routine correctly?

is there any difference if i am standing up or sitting while doing jelqs?

In which direction do you like to jelq? Up, out, down or some combination of these? The seated position may limit you from jelqing a certain way, especially if you have large thighs.
So first you have to know which direction to jelq. It may be a comfort thing at first. You may find that one way seems to yield better expansion, or just feels better. I like to do regular jelqs standing milking in the downward direction the best I can.
However, I recently discovered that the seated position greatly enhances the v-jelq for me, as it allows a deeper grip into the fat pad, and just feels better overall. I highly recommend doing v-jelqs seated, or at least trying them this way for a few reps, especially since you have to do them upwards anyway due to the wrist angle.

Well my LOT is 6:00
So I don't know if I'm supposed to do anything with that.
How can I tell If I'm doing the stretching right, will I feel something?
And before I used to jelq with just one hand, but are you supposed to jelq up to your glans with both, or do half with one, and half with the other?
I need girth exercises, and I need to know If I'm doing this right ( cause I don't want to spend 90 days doing this, doing it wrong, and not getting any results)

Forget about lot, stretch in all 5 directions. Yes jelq to the glans with both = 1 rep.

Steve gotcha covered on most everything.
As far as girth-specific exercises, you're best bet is to wait for 3 months until you're conditioned. That means do the program with no add-ons. I can personally attest to a minor, but noticeable drop in erection quality after introducing just a few light squeezes when I finished my beginner phase - so definitely try to be patient.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
