Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

    Stretch in all 5 directions? The only stretching I do is the circle stretch to the left and right, and then the kegels. heli shakes don't get any blood in my unit, because I think its too small to actually swing around. Is there an alternative that I can do without having much length?

    And do I do this routine every day for 90 days? Or do I only count the days that I do it?

    The entire course should last 90 days, that includes the days off. So 5 days on, 2 days off counts as 7 towards the 90.

    The basic stretching includes all 5 directions: left, right, down, out and up. If you want to do it as written, those are included.

    Don't go 90 days straight - that would not allow the necessary resting time between sessions. Guys do a lot of different things for frequency. 3 days per week; 2 days on 1 day off...er...hard to say. 5 on, one off was recommended early on, but it seems like far too much time without a break in my opinion. The JP90 is already a pretty extensive beginner routine. Whatever you choose, really keep an eye on your unit. If you see negative results, such as drastically lower erection quality or pain, you've gone too far. Search the gym for the term 'physiological indicators' to learn about how to determine if your penis is responding well to your current PE plan.

    By doing Jelquing alone (with warming up/down and stretching before hand) for about 10mins, nice and slowly, increase my length + girth? or is it totally down to personal experience.
    is there any exercises i can add other than V jelqs?
    Also i kegal 50 times, but i seem to be able to hold a kegal for 10+seconds is this normal?
    Currently doin 2 on 1 off

    sex doesnt slow my penis growth right? i mean i make sex (or masturbate) after or before my exercises at the same day ? does this have any effect?

    I don't think it's recommended, but for that I don't know why. I certainly hope it doesn't effect it negatively, since I do it as well.

    Maybe best just to leave it for a few hours before you masturbate after this, just to be sure. I have an awful feeling that since your penis drains of blood immediatly after ejaculation, this might have an adverse effect in some way.

    Just my guess though, don't have to take it seriously.

    wow 3 months i might join to military after less than 2 months so how much reults i could gain now i'm somewhere over 8 inches with top side measure can i reach 9 inches from top side that will give me 10 inches if i measure from side cause I'm already 9.05 inches from side

    I have a few questions about the program.

    Firstly, it's not entirely mentioned how much pressure you're supposed to apply when you're doing the jelqs. I notice of course that the more pressure I apply the more blood gets forced up my penis and I'm guessing this would give a better effect but again more danger concerning injure. How much pressure do you guys usually apply when doing the jelq?

    Furthermore, would a very hot shower be sufficient warmup? I rarely have the apartment for myself, I don't know how I'm supposed to justify running out to get hot water every minute for 10 minutes a day :P

    Last question: I'm uncircumcised and wondering if anyone else has any similar experience with this? I don't know if it makes that much of a difference really but I find the V-jelqs kind of difficult to do properly. Any tips?

    Tough to say how much pressure without showing. To me the best way would be to say enough so you can feel it, but not too much to hurt.

    A hot shower would be fine. Why don't you just stay in the bathroom to get the water instead of running back and forth?

    I'm uncut as well and I'm noticing adverse affects of it. However, this is because I have phimosis and not simply because I'm uncut.
