Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Hey everyone, I have been doing the JP90 routine for 1 and a half weeks now. I have been warming up and jelquing with about 40-50% erect state. I dont have a problem keeping the erection to a lower level but i am worried about this baseball effect i am reading about. I feel that when I am jelquing it could only cause the baseball bat effect. I dont see how squeezing the blood to the tip continuously helps mid and lower level girth. I do indeed want to increase overall girth not only in the head of the penis. How can I ensure that I am jelquing correctly? I feel that when i am jelquing with lotion also....i bring up some skin and when i try and lower the skin with my other hand...i lose some of the blood at the tip. I am just trying to make sure I am doing this correctly and I want to make sure I am actually contributing to the gains I am looking for.

Has anybody been injured doing the JP 90? I'm about 60 days in and i'm SCARED OUT OF MY MIND OF HARD FLACCID.

It's not written in stone that you must all of the JP90 each workout. It actually seems fairly intense for a starting routine. Just shorten it--less stretching, fewer jelqs--then only gradually ramp up. Never make dramatic changes in PE workouts.
About the only thing that happens fast in PE is getting hurt.
(I've had injuries at six months out, but not a 'hard flaccid'. Did a beginner routine at Thunder's that was much the same as the JP90 thing. Manual techniques only--no hardware.)

I've been doing a number of penile exercises over the years and never knew it! Mostly the "tease" as I call it..., which is masturbation to the point of ejaculation without actually allowing orgasm to occur. For me, this was an outgrowth of the Glans squeeze and has been used to; ready myself sex play, gain better control over orgasm, and actually enjoy dry orgasms.
The exercises that you've included in your beginner routine have been saved and used. I thank you so much for putting these in writing for us newbie's.

That's a reasonable concern. You really need to dig deep into your fat pad to jelq the base. I recommend doing your v-jelqs seated to better enhance this ability. Regular jelqs don't work for me seated (thigh size), but try a few different positions to see how to best access the base. Remember to go slow at the base too. Don't start fast and then slow down at the top.
As far as your technique concerns, what do you mean by "lower the skin with my other hand"? If skin is a problem, get your second hand to anchor the base down as soon as your first hand is about 1/3 to 1/2 up the shaft.
However, I think the problem will solve itself with better lube. Cocoa butter works great. Some guys like baby oil. Even some water-based lubes. But lotion soaks into your skin, and dries up too quickly for a good quality jelq session.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

That's 2/3 into the program. What changed now that made you scared? Sure, injuries can happen, but you've been at it for 60 days - why is the hard flaccid suddenly a concern?
I'll tell you what anyone will tell you in terms of safety. Warm up sufficiently so that your penis radiates heat, don't overwork your it (take it slow), and don't try any advanced exercises yet.
Extra tip: When I am finished with my rice sock, I wrap it in an old t-shirt. This helps it retain a good % of its heat. By the end of a workout, when I've lost a lot of heat, I reheat for a minute or so. Works for me.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

What I mean is that when i Start a Jelq with my left hand for example, it will bring up some skin with it, and when i use my other hand to anchor it down, it pulls the excess skin originally brought up with the jelq but i feel that i lose a stretch to the head when i do that. If that makes any sense.

Okay. I think I see what you mean. Try to set the anchor early in the stroke rather than late. This way, instead of pulling it back, you prevent it from ever rolling forward. Are you uncircumcised? If so, good for you (I'm trying to get mine back), but that extra skin may be playing a role. Try my idea out. It's not a guarantee, but it may help.
Part of the reason could be that you're jelqing at 40-50% (not a problem) which I assume is for length, so you have a bit of extra skin there. No biggie.
Your first plan of action ought to be buying a quality lube to use. Get the right tools for the job. Then evaluate if you're actually doing something wrong technique-wise.

Is there any exercises to increase head size/girth? I swear my head seems to be shrinking somewhat, it looks way out of proportion with the rest of my penis when semi hard.
I've tried v-jelqing (from the JP90) and I know I'm doing it properly because I can see it puff up, but my head still doesn't seem to be getting any bigger, and if anything seems to be getting smaller.
