    Hey all, I have been on this routine for about 2-3 weeks now. I haven't been able to jelq every day but i have been doing about 100 jelq reps a day, mainly because it takes a while and I don't want to over do it. for this past week I have been doing the normal routine (jelqs, v Jelqs) at 40-50% erect state and for v jelqs around 60%. I have been doing JP90 every other day this week and balooning after i do the routine for about 20 minutes. On the off days i have been just balooning. I am not sure if it is imperative to do the JP90 every day and I am really not sure how to tell if I am recieving any gains.

    What is the best lube to use? I bought coco butter baby lotion but again i run into the same issue of it drying too quickly. Which lube is the best to stay slippery? Also. I am doing these at 40-50 and 60% just because im not doing anything that would keep me too horny thats all.

    PapaF, don't jelq every day. Take rest days. There are many ways to schedule your week, but 7 days per week is certainly too much. Do a little homework on PE session frequency, and come back if you have further questions.

    You bought the cocoa butter baby lotion? Hmm. Go with the plain cocoa butter by Palmer's brand. It comes in a short, stout white jar, and it has a very thick consistency. It'll seem too thick, but rub it into your hands. It will quickly take on a smooth slippery texture, especially if your hands are warm.

    I will be sure to do that thank you. Also when I jelq it seems that I have a little trouble keeping my erect state above like 50%. I guess my mind isnt really thinking about sexual things when im doing that because im concentrated on the workout. When I jelq at this erect state, I feel that jelqing will not push excess blood into my penis, but only enlarge the head to the size it would be when i am fully fully erect. I am nervous what I am doing is pointless. Also I feel that V Jelquing comes alot easier to me than regular jelquing. I have been at it for about three weeks. How does this actually work. Is a big part of the enlargement from the stretching that takes place during these excersises? Sorry about all the questions, just trying to make sense of all of this. Also, Would balooning at the end of my workout and practicing kegeling when I am at the PONR helpful to my gains at this stage as well?

    Hey man, don't apologize for asking. I've received help on this board, and I try to give some help, too. Seems to go that way for a lot of people.

    Your EQ problems are very typical. For starters, try to get your erection level where to you want it to be right from the start of the workout. It might still fade, but you can deal with that later. Erotic thoughts can certainly help.

    Your observation is correct; you don't want to jelq while erect, but you don't want to be completely flaccid either. Keep trying for the floppy flaccid, as I like to call it.

    Since most routines call for both jelqing and stretching, I can't pin-point how much growth can be attributed to either one. But don't worry. Think of this as a learning stage (really, you're continually learning) and accept the fact that you may have a few workouts in which erection level is too low. Some guys even have to put workouts on pause every time they get fully hard, since jelqing erect is not recommended. So it's certainly not an unusual problem. Your comfort level with v-jelqs is good. Many find them tough to do.

    Some say that edging after a workout can be beneficial, but kegeling at PONR is beyond me. Personally, I'll edge post PE once and a while, but not all that frequently. See if this helps a bit: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...longation.html

    I am doing Kegels usually 100 every other day give or take and a few here and there throughout my day when I remember. I havent measured in a while and that was before i knew to measure my BPEL which I beleive is putting the ruler to your bone and measuring yourself fully erect. I would assume I have a BPEL of 6.5" becuase my normal measure is exactly 6". I am concerned with girth though which I really would like to improve as well as a little length. I get a little discouraged when I dont notice the gains immediately which is normal I suppose. My goal is 1 inch in length and a good amount of girth. What is the best way to measure EG? Also, I feel that whenever I masturbate I tend to have a small flaccid hang afterward. Would masturbating affect gains?

    Measure EG with tailor's tape, or with a thin slice of paper, which you have pre-marked (using a ruler) in 1/16th increments.

    Gently wrap it around your penis making full contact, but not constricting it. Try in a few different spots to get your best measurement.

    Your question about masturbation and gains has been fully debated, but it's hard to come to a concrete conclusion in terms of a yes or no answer. Typical masturbation probably won't be an issue. It may be a problem if it interferes with your ability to maintain the proper erection level while jelqing, however.

    Hey wassupyo, I started PE's doing just kegal & reverse kegal (still not sure I'm getting these 100% right) about 4 weeks ago with very nice results. However, last week I advanced to the JP90 routine for the first 3 days and must have overdone it, because my arousal was in the toilet. I backed off till yesterday and resumed with just the stretching exercises, this seems to have an adverse arousal effect also, but to a much lesser degree. I'm taking this slow, adapting to one exercise at a time, before I move to the next. If at any time I get unusually sore, or my erectile response diminishes, I intend to take a break and let things heal.
    My suggestion to you, even at 60 days in, that it may be time for a break. Also, since you've been exercising for 2 months, you may be overconfident and doing more than you should and causing yourself some damage..., time to reassess your training and make sure that you're exercising the same way that gave you your best results.

    I would just like to say, that as a man, whom is fully capable of satisfying a woman,with what I have got...it is a little disturbing sometimes to look down and see something that looks more size appropriate for a 10yr old..............Even though during sex, I bring my partners to shuddering orgasms..........I still feel empty.

    That was until 5 days ago...
    I just completed my first week of the 90 day program,and already I am seeing results!!
    I have been doing the exercises recomended,and doing the recomended # of jelqs..
    ......And I am impressed,It is very easy to fit into todays busy schedule..all it takes is about an additional 10 minutes in the shower!
    Even though I have only been using the jelq,technique for 5 days....I know it works!!!
    Since starting,I have not had penile retraction once, nor have I had the tempermental erection,where it decides how big it is going to be........
    When flacid,it stays fully flacid and has not fully retracted(shrunk)
    Although I have not seen an increase in girth, the length while erect has increased by .25 inch..............
    I credit the streaching to this,

    I have to say,I am impressed, and can't wait to reach my goal or beyond
