    I'm a week into month one and I started repeating the strech routine, I dont feel any soreness. I'm assuming there's nothing wrong with this then?

    If there's no soreness or other negative indicators, then you'll be fine. You usually find out pretty quickly when you exceed your limits in PE. Just try to make changes to routines fairly conservative.

    I can't speak to the value of LOT theory, but I can tell you that there is - for me and many others - a point at which doing a kegel does not cause that tugging sensation. I understand your skepticism. You wonder why the angle of stretch would have any affect on the tug. Give it a try and see if you don't find an angle where tug seems to disappear.

    Okay I wasn't going to post but this problem won't seem to go away.

    I did a session of the JP90 and then with my foreskin behind my penis head (I'm uncut) I ejaculated. It felt quite bland and numb but at the time I thought nothing of it. Since then my EQ has dropped quite noticably, and it's really not been the same since, even when I ejaculate there's not as much sensation as there was before. I really don't know what the problem could be.

    I'm not convinced that the two events are certainly related. The first was an ejaculation post-PE. Was this edging, or you just felt like cumming? It probably didn't feel that great, if you were just bored and felt like doing it. Bland is okay. Sounds like it just wasn't a good orgasm. Happens. Numb, however, is not good. Did you jelq too hard?

    An EQ drop directly after the session doesn't surprise me, since you basically lost that engorgement. But I'm surprised that your EQ hasn't returned. Any of the following could be the culprit: too intense a session, not enough rest from previous session, too much masturbation as of late. And now you may be a bit concerned, which doesn't help matters.

    Take a few days off and see if things don't begin to normalize.

    The thing is, since I'm uncut, it's not usual for the foreskin to stay behind the head while masturbating, and it took some effort to keep it behind while ejaculating. It was he first time I tried it like that and since then it's not been the same.

    I had a similar reaction to PE during my first week. I suggest taking the rest of the week off and allow yourself to heal. When you resume, try a 2 days on and 1 day off training schedule. Also, focus on the intensity of your exercises, both in stretching & penile pressure; the strain my be causing some desensitizing. Maybe start off with an exercise volume that you tolerate well, then build on it..., but do it slowly.

    I don't really get the stretching for this routine, do we just stretch directly left right up down and straight out? or do we stretch down and to the left/right?
