Hi Guys,
I have one more question.
Why the most of the people here do exercises every day and take only one or two days off. When I was a bodybuilder 10 years ago I did the exercises for biceps for example only one day per week and for legs too and I had very goods results. Can I do PE exercises Monday, Wednesday,Friday and Sunday. The days off will help my penis to grow and relax.
Thanks guys

Isn't warming up bad for the testicles? As I know high temperature is bad for them..

You can warm up only the penis without the testicles. Just put the left hand under the penis and don't leave the water to run to yours balls.

Hey Guys,
This is my first post. I've been trying to do PE for a year or so now and just haven't had time to jelq because I was living in dorms. I always do the stretches in the shower, everyday, as well as Kegels about 150 everyday. My question is this, because I've been stretching and kegeling for about four months straight now, is it ok for me to start hanging at a low weight to maximize gains? I started JP's routine a few days ago and I don't feel the fatigue I'm looking for, I'm talking about 2-4 lbs just to add stabilization and strength to my penis. I would incorporate about an hr or so every other day into JP's workout routine.

You're not supposed to feel fatigue at all with manual PE. And no hanging and jp is a bad idea, do a full 90 days of jp then see what you want to do after, if you've only been doing it for 4 months and no jelqs or anything then you may not be ready to be committed to hang, it takes just as much privacy and more time than jelqing.

Good question Nick. You echo some of my own feelings, although I'm not a bodybuilder. I follow a M/W/F template to allow a day of resdt in between each workout (plus an extra day on weekends). I have made some gains, although it has been slow. Your idea sounds legit. Just follow a piece of advice that every new PE Gym member gets, and keep an eye on how your penis responds to the workouts.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Quick question: Is Kegaling while holding a stretch really a good idea? It sounds like bouncing on a stretch, or having lots of quick-short stretches, which when stretching any other part of the body, cause a retraction in length.

as for the kegels (25 kegels while holding left/right/straight/up) can we just do the stretches (30 seconds to left/right/straight/up) and no kegels till later? Because I feel that my stretching isn't right because I'm kegeling in between them.
