Correct. It's not really a measurable thing. There was a 1-10 chart somewhere with general description of how to best categorize your erections, but it's still not a perfect science. Best you can do is aim for steelies, and keep kegeling. In fact, I'll bang out a set of kegels right now!

Thank you so much thirdarm! I guess I'll do the regular jp90 day routine, and afterwards I'll focus on length. But still, I'm quite confused about the kegel routine, can you hook it up with a starter kegel routine please?

I am also wondering that .. when you do the circle stretches, how long do you take to do ONE circle? like 10 secs?

There are a few floating around here, but I don't follow one in particular. I'd start out with a reasonable number of reps that you can hit, and a reasonable number of sets to sprinkle throughout the day. Say - a set at breakfast, a set while watching TV, a set before bed...you get the idea. Events that you do frequently (so you don't forget) and that allow you to kegel. Then, you can gradually add reps. As you get better, you can increase the duration of each hold. Check out reverse kegels too - many guys argue that you need to do them to have a balanced pelvic floor.

Thanks Steve, I have been doing Jelqs every other day and kegels on the off days. Sometimes I will do Jelqs every day but only when i have the time. I do have a little trouble keeping my erect level up while Jelquing probobly out of boredom. I do 100 Jelqs and 60 V Jelqs per day. Im not trying to over do it. I tried Jelquing at an 80% erect level yesterday and i felt very comfortable doing it. I will start at 80% and jelq for about 20-25 till it goes down to 55-50%. I will then wait till I get back up to 80%. Is there any problems with doing that? I felt that after I saw a much wider hang when I stopped. Jelquing more erect did not hurt at all either.

Do the routine, not what you want.
Jelqing every single day without rest days is a great way to not gain.

If I finish the JP90 then take a week off trying not to jelq or masturbate in order to give my penis a rest, will that basically undo all the conditioning I've done?
Would it be good or bad to take a rest?

Hey PR20, how far along are you into the routine?
No...It will not undo the conditioning. In fact it would be good to take a break at the conclusion. Just go back and do a light routine for a couple of days and then go into any advanced exercises you choose, just not all of them at once. Continue to do the basics of the 90 day routine and add advanced exercises slowly. (jP
