Self-improvement summer, I like that.
Start from the beginning at this point. It's only one extra month anyway, and you've lost at least some of your conditioning, I'm sure, even though you didn't say how long ago you stopped PE.
No special tips here, just focus on exercise quality and be consistent with the program. I suggest laying everything out neatly in Word or Excel before starting.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Alright cool. Also, I'm curious. Is it a good idea to do this routine and a hanging routine at the same time? I know it's A LOT to handle but considering this is my only free stretch and JP's method will take all of it, I don't see when I can get a serious hanging routine

After reading this routine, which was set up for proper conditioning and to try and make sure you guys don't injure yourselves why would anyone just make up their own routine with no experience in pe whatsoever? Hang, do Ulli's, squeezes, and the like. Maybe you guys should go over to the injury section and see what happens to those who just make it up. Geez!

Uh, yeah I'm not a hanging expert by any means but personally I would condition myself with manual stretches for at least a year before i even think about hanging. You can risk serious injury if you start hanging too soon. Besides, conditionning yourself with manual stretches and using a progressive approach (both time and intensity) should produce gains. I would do manual stretching until the gains stop(plateau). This is a good sign that your Dick is ready for more advanced work(hanging).
Also, if you are only planning on PE'ing for 3 months you are probably wasting your time. You'd be lucky to gain anything in 3 months. Not trying to discourage you but some gain within the first few months(newbie gains) and some don't. Most would atest to this being increased EQ(erection quality) rather than actual gains.

Well this is a bit embarrassing, but I suppose it's one of the reasons I'm here...

Hey bored, welcome to the Gym.
I had no flaccid hang when I started PE. That was one of the main things I wanted to achieve.
Go back and read the routine again. Start with the stretching against your thigh/W Kegels.
This will, or should, give you enough flaccid stretch that you will be able to do some degree of "Helicopter Shakes." Good luck. (jP
