I'm confused about the circle stretches. Are these full circles that go both horizontally and vertically or half circles that go horizontally from thigh to thigh?

Hm. Hey Alex, welcome. Stretches are for you then. You can jelq with a lesser erection level, say around 40% or so. This thread is one of the beginner routines. There is also a beginner sticky with a handful of other, more basic routines to check out.
Go all the way around. Do half clockwise and half counter-clockwise. I even like to switch hands for perfect symmetry, but I know that this is a little extreme.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I will definetly start doing the 2 day one off routine. Also, I may have asked this before but will masturbating cause setbacks in penis enlargement? I feel that after masturbating i have a really weak hang. After I jelq i have a thick hang . If it really dosent matter then il start edging on my off days for like 30-45 minutes. I used to edge without even knowing it back in the day and it helped alot but my stamina has gone way down since ive started Jelquing and not masturbating as much at all. The longer you edge, the more stamina will be gained correct?

I think that's the big question PapaF.
What we know for near certain is that if you masturbate prior to a workout a n d it negatively affects your ability to hold a consistent erection level, then you'll be getting poorer workouts.
But afterwards? Tough call. Some say edging right after a workout is a great tool for improving expansion. You say that masturbation will leave you with a poor hang.

I am new member of this forum,like i said in my first post my English is quite bad
Started doing pe couple a days ago,but yesterday found this routine and decided to give it a try.Just finished my first day of the routine and i have to say that i am very pleased with the program.Must admit that i enjoyed doing this.Take a nice warm up of 20 minutes,didnt do this other days and today i was more prepared and everything goes well.Have couple of questions for Jp-first i dont quite understand the V-jelq tehnique,is it ok to do the normal o.k. grip?Without v jelq?Just do more reps of o.k. grip?Is there any video of v jelq?Couldnt find it...

Hey everyone! another newbie here. I've got 4 questions.
1. For v gelqs is it normal to have the middle finger wrapped around your member as you go up? I have trouble keeping a group on it if I was literally doing a v with my fingers up my member. I even have trouble keeping a grip on it with my finger wrapped around it.
2. The big circles are just really confusing. How do you do big circles around if you're stretching your member to the left? It's pinned to your left thigh so it wouldn't be possibly to make a big circle. The head would only be able to move in a small circle while the bottom of your member is pinned down to your thigh.
3. Is 6-8 min warm down heating your member again necessary if you take a hot shower right after jelqing?
4. Is it alright that a bottom part of my member feels awkward while jelqing? It's not a pain but it is a kind of weird awkward/tiring feeling around there when I jelq. I think its the pc muscle but I'm not entirely sure. It is definitely a feeling around the pc muscle though
I'm also curious about the effects of masturbation on jelqing

Today when i was working my jp routine i couldnt get an erection more than 40-50% when i was doing jelqs.I am aiming for girth and lenght both,should i try to level my erection up to 70% will that be better or is the the same?Please answer...thank you!

You can up it a bit from 40%.
The problem with percentages here is that we all interpret them just a bit differently - especially since some of us are growers and some of us are showers.
Best thing I can tell you is to try to jelq with a floppy flaccid. When you get it, it'll just feel right. Don't worry too much about not being able to attain that just yet - keep trying.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
