Ddan, I think that might have something to do with a thread I made about seeing a guy's progress here who gained 3 inches and lost 1 inch = 2 inch gain and then it seems he just alternated between gaining and losing that inch. I do believe the gains are supposed to be permanent if you do it right though.
5/27/12: BPEL 6.25 EG: 5.125
6/04/12: BPEL 6.50 EG: 5.500 (think from EQ gains only)

Losses come at different rates. It seems like the longer you do PE, the slower your gains diminish when you stop. It's called 'cementing' when you do a PE routine with the specific intent of making your current gains more persistent.

The JP90 says to do a warm down at the end of the exercise but in a different thread there is a quote that makes it sound as though warming down would be counter-productive and you should instead do a cool down for the benefits (with a quote right above saying warming down is good). 4th post down in the Essentials area https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-e...-creation.html

I mean i stroke up,right and left does it count as 1 rep ?

i started JP90 routine a week ago.my BPEL was 5.75(no change in a week) and my BPSFL was 5.25(and its increasing after a week). my EQ has always be top notch,and may be because of the kegel i have been doing for years(not regularly) but i can hold a compression for more than a minute easily.my EG is 5.25inch. as u can see i clearly want more length gains,then as my BPSFL is less that BPEL and my EG is good ,it means that my gains are limiting my my tunica. so should i modify the jp90 for more length gaining stretches or do the jelq and v jelq with less than 50% erection or just follow the JP90 till my penis conditions for these experiments.

Feel free to modify the routine AFTER your 90 days of conditoning is done. After the 90 days you can double your stretches, add more advance stretches(because you will be conditioned for it by then) or modify how you like.

I know it's confusing. Here's it is in it's most straightforward terms:
Right hand up
Left hand up
Right hand up-right
(end rep 1)
Left hand up
Right hand up
Left hand up-left
(end rep 2)
See how you always go up, up, up-side; and you always alternate hands. It's a very simple rhythm once you do it. At first it seemed so confusing, I only did upwards reps. Then I decided "hey, it's not that tough - just try it." And sure enough, it's very doable.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Can V jelqs be done dry? I want to start this routine, but I prefer dry jelqing, so I'm wondering if V jelqs could be done dry.
