    How do you know if its tugged. What are you supposed to feel a creek, resistance, or something?

    For LOT? When you kegel you will feel a tug back

    I think in another thread people said 45 minutes to an hour is what it takes them, including warm-up and warm-down. If it takes you that long then no big deal.

    Thanks for the help. Would you consider this a good routine to improve EQ because I had some ED issues most likely related to masturbating in the past. I'm not sure if this is supposed to help or hurt my EQ.

    It ought to help, jj. Especially if you get good at kegeling too. But remember that stretching can cause temporary drops in EQ, so don't stretch too hard or for too long.

    Most of the time, if a guy sees reduced EQ right off the bat, it's due to overworking.

    I have a question: is there a limit for the Kegel's? I think I overdid them a bit yesterday...

    the kegel is a musle, so it needs rest and it's easy to overwork it, just do as many as jp90 says.

    The problem is he only tells us to "do them whenever you remember" I think we need a limit, like 5/10 minutes every other day during the days when you do the rest of the routine and you rest when you rest from the routine during the first month.

    Google or search here for a beginner routine for kegels. Also be sure to do reverse kegels too.
