    There are lots of potential supplements and herbs. They're still supplements though. JP's selection is very good. There will be Zinc in most multivitamins along with many other useful vitamins and minerals, and the L-Arg will help with nitric oxide production for blood flow and stronger erections which can assist in penis enlargement.

    Clarification question on the v-jelq's.

    Is one rep going up and down with both hands in one direction, or is "one rep" going up down with both hands in all 3 directions (straight up, to the right, and to the left)?

    Straight up right hand, to the left left hand, to the right right hand, straight up
    left hand, to the left left hand, to the right right hand, straight up right hand, to the left left hand.
    Get this rhythm going and you will find this is a great exercise and actually very easy to do. Good luck and welcome to the Gym.

    Sorry I didn't mean to say up and down, I know its only up. Just a slip.

    So one rep is one stroke up to each direction? Got it. And thanks.

    I believe it's 3 strokes in one v-jelq rep: Up, Up, Up-right (1 rep), Up, Up, Up-left (2 reps). All the while, alternating left and right hands of course. Like JP said, it's easy once your find the rhythm.

    Does the Wet Jelq need to be done with the palm facing up? i find that i can complete them more effectively if i have my palm facing the floor, with my OK grip right at the base to slide outwards. Is there anything to be wary of if i do it this way? Also, for the LOT - it seems my only tug is at the straight up position - does that mean i should direct the majority of the exercises in the straight up direction? considering it is best to work against the tug?

    How long should one V-jelq stroke last? The slower the better?
    And is it recommended to do V-jelqs standing or is it OK if I do it laying on the bed?

    Hey, Jonpop and pegym!

    Since starting JonPop's PE 90 day challenge I have noticed enormous gains. I followed JonPop's guide to the letter, always warming up and warming down and even added edging which I do consecutively three times and I never allow myself to ejaculate. I also do my kegels like every good PE'er should. But my gains have been much faster and much more prominent than what I have read throughout the rest of the forum. Even in the poll measuring gains since starting PE I have gained what others achieved in months time in just a weeks time.

    Pre-PE I measured at 5-7/8" pressing against my bone plate and I'm not sure how much girth I had. Never bothered to measure. Post-PE, after just a week, I measure in at 6-5/8" and 6" girth. My penis feels heavy so I suspect I had substantial girth gains as well. The vascularity in my penis has improved so much it feels like ribs along my shaft and they're very noticeable. My flaccid penis now measures at 4-1/8", up from 3-1/4" and it hangs almost as low as my testicles.

    I'm trying to find a reason for my success with PE thus far. Growing up I was always gifted physically but I took this for granted and became real lazy and a hardcore gamer. I gained a lot of weight throughout my adulthood, peaking at nearly 230lbs at 6' tall. After my failure in college I was forced to work with my dad for the passed few weeks with landscaping, so my first suspicion was repressed testosterone that's finally being released. I also lost about 20 lbs since coming home 2 months ago.

    My second suspicion was that I remember having identical results when I first started having sex but that took months and I never got this big. After not having sex for nearly two years I think it may have shrunk back down and that's what I'm seeing now is those gains returning, albeit at a MUCH faster rate and even bigger.

    My final thought is a somewhat embarrassing tale of when I was a new born - you see, I was a little bit different than most boys. I was circumcised not once, not twice but three times. THREE TIMES? My foreskin would completely return after a few days of being snipped. I believe this may also be a factor in my PE success because my flaccid hang has much more foreskin collecting around the head, which makes it feel heavy even when flaccid.

    I hope that you guys can help me identify why my results are coming in so fast and maybe it'll even help some PE'ers increase their own gains. I am completely open for questions so feel free to ask away, I'll try to help as best I can.

    From 1 week of PE it's all from better EQ, in a week the body can't grow smooth muscle etc that fast.
