So to clarify. This routine is more so for preparing your penis for the more intense workouts, not so much for size.

So I had low EQ then? I always thought my erections were rock hard even before PE. That's a blow to my ego but I'll take it, thanks guys.

is there anyway to obtain pictures for the JP 90 routine. Some of the stuff is difficult to understand without visual representation. Especially for beginners. I am so eager to start this routine but I have no idea what exactly needs to be done

the circular stretches you talk about, are those the same as rotating stretch. Because you to stretch straight out in& then move your penis in a circular motion. I barely feel any tension, however when i do a rotating stretch i feel tension

I have a LOT at 6:00
I can feel the tug in all directions but it feels the least at 6:00 (very little tug)
So does that mean that I have to do my jelqs in the upward direction?

What does an ok jelq and a v jelq specialize in? From what I know the OK jelq is for length and the v jelq is for girth. Can anyone confirm?

Yep, just make a circle. Think of spinning a planet orbiting the sun, or a spinning a ball on a string like a cowboy would a lasso. Keep consistent tension throughout.
Jelq in whatever position you find to be most comfortable (so you'll stick with it) and that provides the most plumpness post workout. You'll likely be able to find out what feels best with just a bit of experimentation. Don't be afraid to try positioning yourself seated, standing or lying down, as well as jelqing in different degrees of direction (up, down, out) to find what's best.
Downward jelqs have the advantage of gravity assistance, which is neat, but v-jelqs have to be done upwards due to the nature of the grip.
But bottom line: I wouldn't let LOT, which is mainly a theory applied to lig stretching, affect jelq direction.
Eh, I wouldn't really say that. Some guys get more length or more girth from jelqing with either style. It's tough to predict. Some get both fairly evenly.
Both styles have the potential too add length or girth (although that doesn't mean every guy will). What comes into play is more erection level. Lower levels ~40% are said to target length, upper levels, ~70% are said to target girth.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Should you stretch your penis to the left, right, straight away from your body and upwards, or to the left, right, downwards, straight away form your body and the upwards? Which one is the best?

For the 5 basic stretches, just get all the angles accomplished. I never put much thought into the order, and it shouldn't matter unless you hands get so tired that your last stretches suffer from a slipping grip. In that case, you can switch hands. In fact, I recommend switching hands anyway.

I am on month into the program and I have developed a ingrown hair/inflamed hair folicule that is very painful and wont pop. This "pimple" is preventing me from jelqing. I do not want to stop because I have seen some gains and EQ is amazing. I have not been able to jelq for about 5 days now, and my flacid length is starting to feel small again. What would you guys recomend? Uping the stretching time? or doing 3 reps of the stretches till I am able to jelq again? I just don't want to lose all my progress! Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
