    HELP!!!
    I am frustrated (sure I'm not alone). I am trying to start this exercise program, afraid I don't understand some terminology and have questions.
    1- What the heck is a "LIG"?
    2- Are yout saying to ignore the whole LOT (loss of tug) section?
    3-Are the pre- jelqing exercises to be done without lube?

    LIG= Ligament
    It used to be very popular once upon a time, but now people ignore it for the most part. We do have some followers to this yet, but they are not that many. You shouldn't worry about this anyway because it is related to gaining size. As far as I can remember, you target is EQ. And this routine's primary function is to condition your willy, so after the program you can pick up a real routine to gain size, now that could be based on LOT theory or not. So stop worrying about that, for now at least.
    Warm-up
    strecthing (without lube)
    Jelqing (regular jeqs and v jelqs) with lube
    edging (with lube)
    warm down (hot shower or you can use rick sock but make sure your willy has no lube on it)

    Hey jon, I am new to all of this stuff, and was wandering if there were videos of some of the exercises on here, because i really don't get what we are supposed to do on a lot of them!!! also i just recently bought a bathmate, and should be getting it in 10 days, and was wandering should i do these workouts before of after it?

    Check out the exercise section, we should have videos for some of the exercises, but if you are asking for a video that solely focuses on JP90 routine, I am sorry to tell ya, but we don't. Also, start slow and learn along the way. That is the best way to go about it. You'll have to wait for somebody else to chime in to give to an advice on your bathmate related question, I, honestly, don't know a thing about it.

    I did this workout for the first time today and i decided to edge after. Only problem is that i didnt have enough self discipline to refrain myself from cumming, is this going to hinder my progress? Should i just avoid edging around the time of the routine?

    Did it for the first time, had some troubles staying flaccid while stretching but i imagine it will get easier with time. Anyway i will be doing this at night just before going to bed and wanted to know if having a cold shower right after doing the warmdown will bring any issues

    I took like 4 days off just because I was insanely busy and was traveling. Anyways, I started up again yesterday and I feel like I've lost everything I gained in the last few months. Will it take just as long to get back to where I was again!? I can just tell my erections aren't as girthy or lengthy.
