    should i have a break between jelqs and v-jelqs or should i do them in row?

    I think you should do them in row. 50J-30VJ-50J-30VJ-50J-30VJ <-- If you follow this, I don't see there is a need to take a break. But it all really depends on how much time you have, privacy, etc.

    V-jelqs: What exactly equals 1 rep?
    V-jelqs: 70% erection level just like regular wet jelq?
    Kegals: Are the only kegals needed the ones during the stretching portion of the workout?
    10 Big circles: How many seconds should it take to complete 1 circle out of 10?

    i tried my best
    but i feel really awkward and losing my concentration when in Vjelqs i try to alternate by pulling up to the up, left and right.

    so i've just been doing upwards vjelqs. is this okay?

    Hi all,

    I'm really new to PE and although I've read through the website information I've actually only even heard of 'jelqing' literally 3 hours ago. It sounds like something I've unintentionally been doing while trying to initiate an erection for a few minutes. Nevertheless, I have some questions that I haven't seen answered directly (I definitely didn't read through 307 pages of replies though ha! Sorry! Hopefully you'll still help!).

    I'm uncircumsized and I am able to fully retract my foreskin quite easily. Even when fully erect, I can cover my glans with it. My questions is, should I Jelq & stretch while keeping my penis covered by my foreskin? Or should I retract it? The force of jelqing may just pull it back up though, so I don't know how to keep in retracted (Unless I hold the base down really firmly and jelq upward with the ole' rightly, but this gives me some questions about how much of a decrease in blood squeezed upward from the jelq I'll have).

    My other question is, will my foreskin get larger? I definitely don't want it to look like droopy skin. That would just look, well, like a protruding vagina on a stick. Don't get me wrong, I like it....but not the type I envision.

    How do you know if you are too flaccid or too erect for a proper jelq? I never do a rep when i'm full erect or full soft, but how do you know when you're at an ideal level? Thanks.

    Yeah, that's always a tough one. You'll eventually get the hang of it, but for now you want it to be semi-erect. Not stiff enough to stand up on its own, still kind of floppy, able to bend sideways without hurting, etc.

    Too soft or too hard and you won't feel like you can move any blood. Pay attention to how it feels when you get it just right - then replicate it.

    Remember the term floppy flaccid.

    Can I replace the 3 * (50 jelqs + 30 v-jelqs) with 5 minutes of jelqs and 3 of v-jelqs all without stop?

    I've always wondered about the timing of these exercises:


    "Do these slowly. About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. Both hands count as 1 rep."


    It's a little confusing to be honest. Does each hand get 4 seconds, or is it like 2 seconds per hand (since 1 rep = both hands = 4 seconds total)? When jelqing I personally count each hand as it's own rep and double up all the values in the original post, it's easier to keep track.
