    I've found that if you are doing each rep with a 3-4 second hold with proper form the 50 wet jelqs take about 6 minutes and 45 seconds to 7 minutes while the V jelqs take about 4 minutes with a timer.

    Hi Hop, I am new to PE but spent many hours reading through the forums and stuff and remember 1 guy that was uncircumsized (uncut in his own words and so am I by the way) and his idea was to catch your bag/balls between your legs and sqeeze/hold them there so it would hold the skin back/down. If you are well lubricatedfor the Jelq, it shouldn't be a problem. Not sure about the stretch though. If you gain length and girth, it should also take some of the slack/extra skin.

    Haha, I think that was me. It's also really good for keeping just enough blood in the penis - ideal for guys who have trouble going flaccid during jelqing.

    what does the BIG stand for? I don't realy understand this part. Also, how long (roughly) does the workout last from sart to finish?

    Small Fry, that just means make your circles with as large a radius as possible. Routine generally takes around 50 minutes, if I recall correctly.

    kevin, weak erections could have numerous causes. Sure, jelqing should help somewhat. Stretching too hard can make things worse. Improve your diet, make a nice kegel routine, and cut back on excessive masturbation if that applies to you. These will help most.

    also, do I have to use lube for the jelqs, or can I just do them withut the lube (i don't have any, and cant get any)

    Doing it without lube is a dry jelq, and yes, you can do it that way - more easily if your foreskin is intact. However, the program calls for wet jelqs and that's what I'd highly recommend. As a circumcised male, I can't imagine jelqing dry without causing a rash.

    I don't know your personal limitations, but you don't need a special lube. A $4 jar of cocoa butter from the pharmacy will last for a good while without looking conspicuous to family members. There are other easy options too.

    When i try to stretch my penis to one of the directions, my skin stretches a lot is that normal? And also how do you know if you got a good workout? I didnt feel anything today or anything
