    Received a Bathmate last Tuesday (8/7/12). Played around with it in a hot bath a few times last week.

    Received a regular size X4 extender with the standard (non-quad) support last Wednesday (8/8/12). Tried it out a couple of times last week. I quickly found that the base is too small for me, not that my shaft is huge, but more that my fat pad at the base prevented me from getting enough of the shaft though to allow a comfortable fit at the tip. So I modified the base with my Dremel tool to open it up quite a bit to allow more of me into the device. Saved me a hundred bucks...

    Even though I am 7 inches erect, I feel like the quad support might be more appropriate in order to improve comfort. Either that or maybe the 1 inch side bars with the screw threads extended out.

    In the meantime, I'm going to put the extender away until I have the time to machine some 1 1/2 inch long side bars (a home lathe can be very handy!).

    So this morning I did the full JP90 routine for the first time. I warmed up for ten minutes in my bathtub with water as hot as I could stand (within reason!).

    I then went through the helicopters and firm but not painful stretches and jelqs. I used Walmart Equate brand water based lube ($1.98 a tube).

    After the full routine and while my shaft was still lubricated I went back to the tub and used the Bathmate at a level of 170 for the full 5 minute warm down. According to my measurements 170 is equivalent to 7 inches in penis length, so I don't think I over-stretched it.

    I then got out of the tub and helicoptered and then masturbated to a full erection (no ejaculation). What I found was surprising: My length was now 7 1/8 inches and my girth was 5 1/4 inches! Like I said, I was surprised. This is obviously not "growth" per se, but what do I care?!!!

    So in the interest of science, I'm going to warm up in the tub and then Helicopter and Masturbate (H and M) up to full erection in an hour or so today and see if my penis has returned to its original size. If it hasn't, I'm going to keep warming up and then H and M'ing periodically throughout the day to find out how the increases degrade with time. Then I'm going to warm up and H and M one last time just before my fiancee gets home from work and see if she can feel the difference in girth.

    So although I do want to increase my length (more for my own amusement--I'm already long enough that I can hit her cervix, which is a bad thing to do--believe me!), I do want to increase my girth.

    Oh, and I want to express my appreciation for your having taken the time to create the JP90!

    sorry if this has been askd before, but when i hold the stretch to the left and right for 25 seconds, is it at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock or diagonally down?

    Straight out to the left and right. 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock. If that's not right I've been doing it wrong for 14 months O_O

    Regarding warmup: will a 10 minute, HOT shower do the job? The water will mainly be running at the penis.

    Hi crow. I think a 10 minute shower can effectively warm up your penis yes. However, over time exposing your testicles to such direct heat everyday may not be the best, and is thought to have the possible side effect of decreasing testosterone production. Also not good for sperm health if that is an issue for you..

    Really? I've been using a Sunbeam Heating Pad and I sit on it, my testicles get really hot (no pain or anything like that) every single day. Should I try something different? I have a private office at home so I just strip down heat up with the pad while reading the morning news or whatever and then begin my routine. I've noticed that after about a week I already 'hang' where as before I was more prone to 'retract' and my scrotum is hanging more as well.. I thought that was good but now I'm wandering if this is causing testosterone decreases... Do you have some more info on this? Should I be concerned?

    It's true that direct heat to the testicles is not good for them. They're temperature sensitive, which is why they retract or suspend in response to extreme conditions (cold pools versus really hot summer days, for example). I'd try to find a heating method that allows you to isolate the penis, and keep the testicles somewhat cooler.

    Well after reading this I just took the heating pad and wrapped it around my penis, that seems to heat it up quite nicely.. thanks for the advice!

    Also, just a noobie question here... if I continue this routing over the course of the next year is it unrealistic to expect an inch or 1 1/2 inch gain? I'm currently 6 1/2 erect hoping to get to 7-8.

    Let me give you a little more background..I've not only started my PE workouts monday-friday (rest weekends) but I've also started working out daily (6'1" 190lbs) and started eating very healthy (no processed foods, lean meats, whole grains etc). I'm 30 now and married and I've always wanted to give my wife a little more so I am willing to do what is necessary but I want to make sure that I am doing the right routine and for the correct amount of time.

    Has anyone else been in a similar situation and attained gains like these over the course of a year or two while doing this routine? I'm not really interested in buying and devices at this time so I am hoping the manual pe will be sufficient. I have small children, the last thing I want is for my kids to find one of my 'devices' and start playing with it lol.. not to mention I do not plan on telling my wife until I'm sure I've gained some

    No one can tell you how fast or slow you will gain, it could take you 1 year to get 1" 1/2 or 5 years, everone is different.
    And as you go along gains mostly stop and you will have to change up your routine so chances are you won't be doing jp90 for a whole year, but when that time comes after the 3 months conditioning is over you'll see if you want to keep at the same routine or add new exercises to it.

    Thanks for the reply Steve23. Yeah I do understand that everyone is different. I was just wandering if it was feasible or if someone had attained those types of gains before or if it was uncommon. For example if I had asked if I could gain 3 inches in a month your answer would have been a simple "NO".

    You said "as you go along gains mostly stop" what does that mean? Gain early and slower as you continue? I'm totally new to this so I'm just retaining info.. sorry if any of my questions are stupid.
