    Read it again, the stretches are explained pretty straight forward, if you want to skip the LOT(loss of tug) part you can and just stretch in all 5 directions.

    If you eat healthy, drink enough water, don't exceed recommended dosages and don't have underlying conditions then they wont cause harm.

    They won't do you harm. I do recommend you get your vitamins from foods and try to stay away from multivitamins (only take multivitamins if your diet isn't sufficient, but you should always aim for sufficient diet).
    Multivitamins can also cause acne.

    Would doing a little bit of edging in between your jelqing sets be ok after about two weeks on it? Or stick strictly to the routine?

    just starting the 90 day routine and only get tugg during kegeling aiming upward. no tugg downward or straight out.Should i just skip passed this.
