    If you want to be conditioned the yes continue. If you want to hurt yourself skipping to advance exercises you can do that too, but you won't gain faster.

    definitley dont want t hurt myself.whats your thoughts on hanging, and also im reading that a pe coach will help.whats your thoughts on that also?

    Technically you can start hanging before any PE, because manual PE doesn't exactly condition you for hanging, but it's always best to exhaust your manual PE gains before getting into something like hanging and it's good to know how your body reacts to manual PE first, PI and EQ and overworking and all.
    I've heard good things from PE coaches like BigAL, and his trainees have good gains.


    And if you don't even feel like pushing though the manual conditioning phase, I don't know if hanging is for you.

    Hey JP, I'm about halfway through the program, but I havent noticed any gains. Could it be that I'm doing something wrong? Does doing each rep more slowly help? Is it also because I'm on the smaller side? I have about a 4.5 erect and 4 inch girth. Also I understand that this beginners program is a segway into more advvance techniques. Where may I find such techniques once I'm done?

    So sex before jelqing should be ok, but afterward not so much? Or at least, thats the theory.

    Well, even that is somewhat too rigid of a claim, jackflag. You can edge post PE and still get a good session in. There's a big difference between edging (starting/stopping) and just getting off as quickly as you can.
