Hi everyone!
I've done this Beginner Routine for one month and more (I started the 11th July exactly)
I would like to know something: during Warm-Down et Warm-Up, is it normal to feel burns on my tool ?

very difficult to interpret what is written.. it would be much better if some video were made of it. or if there are a link to them should be give in first post..

Do I absolutely need Super B complex, Multi Vitamin & Minerals, and 500mg L-Arginine capsules to do this program?

Ouch! No, definitely not desirable. Are you using one of the recommended warm up methods?
I know it's a very long thread, but the exercises are explained if you look around enough. This thread is mainly for the routine aspect of it. Try the exercises tab at the top of the page. If you need further explanation on a specific exercises, go ahead and ask. I believe that they're working on getting some more media up.

Hey JP (or anyone else with some experience), I'm about halfway through the program, but I havent noticed any gains. Could it be that I'm doing something wrong? Does doing each rep more slowly help? Is it also because I'm on the smaller side? I have about a 4.5 erect and 4 inch girth. Also I understand that this beginners program is a segway into more advvance techniques. Where may I find such techniques once I'm done?
Lastly, I am noticing that when I do get an erection, I can see the veins in my penis more prominently.... its as if I flex my forearm muscles and I can see the blood vessels in forearm more prominently...is this normal?

im nearly 2 months into this program, ive come to realize that im happy with my current girth but not with my length, is it advisable that i stop jelqing/v jelqing and keep on with the stretches?
also if so, should i be incorporating any intermediate stretching techniques at the 2 month mark?
