I'm on my 7th day of this program( 5 days on with 2 rest days). I actually for some reason think this stuff is fun. I have a question about the jelqs though. After wet or V jelqs my penis is longer and a little thicker after I stop to warm down or do the next set of jelqs. When I warm down is the penis supposed to be warmed down with the post jelq look for gains/growth or when its flaccid( when it returns to normal but the pee hole is swollen from the jelqs ) for gains to come? This may sound confusing so if nobody understands I'll try to clarify it.

If you're going to go with a warm down (there are many threads about which post-PE session procedures are best, so check those out), then it's done immediately afterwards while you're still plump. Yes, that plumpness will still fade back to normal flaccid, but that's normal.

Hi. I just started the JP90 about 2 weeks ago. Does it sound right that it takes me almost an hour to complete? Seems like a long time...although i enjoy it

Hey man that's about how long it takes me too. I sometimes lose count on the jelqs though and just backtrack to a lower number so I end up doing like 5% more each time :P I'm guessing that I'll get faster at it. And yeah, somehow it's enjoyable. Just cause it's so.. repetitive and natural. Doesn't take any effort and you don't get tired really.. Though I do build up a sweat

used to take me a good hour too. I got the routine down and now takes me 30 -45 min, Stretching part takes a long time for me, I almost always have to wait for erection to subside after each stretch.
(BPEL,EG)

Incognitopad, there is a downward stretch. It's one of the 5 directions for basic stretching.
Getting better at keeping your erection level constant will certainly make your routine more efficient - in fact, this is one of the most common obstacles for newbies. However, you will never be speeding though the jelqs if you still want to accomplish the amount of work the program calls for. Sure, you could rush through your jelq strokes, but that's not useful.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

You're right, man. I stand corrected. As presently written there are no downwards stretches, which fascinates me because I always thought of basic stretching as meaning 5 directions.
Well, JP knows what he's doing. I wonder if he has a specific reason for this.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
