    Thank you for the well thought out routine but holy fcking shit, this took me an hour and twenty minutes to get through! Plus I kept on loosing my erection so it was a real tough ordeal to get through. My dick is red and numb, but hopefully the result will come! Thank you

    If it's numb then that's a bad thing and results won't come if you keep being that harsh on your dick.

    JP, thanks for this routine. I am somewhat new to PE. I have used the beginner exercises on the website on and off for a few months and a formal routine was exactly what I was looking for. My first question though, is if there is a video or a more detailed description of the 'V-jelq' because i am having a few problems: with lube, my penis is always flailing/ twisting around in my hands and i don't have all that much control; also, my indedex and middle fingers have a tough time putting much pressure on the sides of my penis when i do V-jelq; when i am pulling up on the penis, how should I be holding it - is it just with the indiex and middle fingers on the sides or does the grip change? and finally, how long should the v-jelqs take? 3 to 4 seconds like the wet jelqs or shorter? Any help and guidance would be appreciated. Thanks, Biggles

    Well just doing the routine like it says could still be done wrong, not proper warm up, too much force, too much grip, too high erection level etc.
    If you go numb that's a very bad thing.

    Can I just check if this is ok with my current routine:

    I jelq in the shower. So basically rather than using a warm cloth which I saw was suggested, I just let warm water go on my penis. Then after 5 mins or so, I will do a very brief warm up (I achieve an erection really quickly so I can't warm up for too long). I do the stretch thing to the side and then try and do the helicopter thing once. Then I jelq - grabbing my penis with my index finger and thumb from the bottom of my penis and moving it up but I stop just before I get to my penis head. I continue this for about 25 times. If I feel I am getting a 100% erection, I will stop and wait and then carry on. Eg If I did 15 reps and then achieved an erection, I would wait and then carry on with 10 more reps to make 25 in total.

    I then do another exercise occasionally where I just pull my penis away from my body. Simple as that really. Just tugging it outwards as far as possible, but I don't do it too hard.


    I've been doing that for a while but I haven't achieved much success from it yet (hence why I joined this website).


    I also do exercises to improve my duration before I c*m. I've had a lot of success from this. Basically I sometimes just try and stop myself peeing half way through and then holding it in for about 10-40 seconds then carrying on peeing. Also, when masturbating just when I feel like I am going to c*m I slow down and do this for a while so I masturbate for longer. When I do end up c*mming, I've noticed it goes really far. Eg if I am sitting at my computer watching porn, when I ejaculated it would just drip down my penis, but now it shoots right up sometimes as high as my chest (can be annoying though when wearing a shirt and I desperately try and wipe it off asap).

    The PE routine you listed is not JP90 (see the 1st page of this thread). Your routine has some good components. It has a warm up, although it's a little short and not ideal; it has a few stretches, but you didn't say how long you hold them for; and it has a few jelqs, although 25 is not very many.

    If you want to continue with an abbreviated routine, JP90 isn't for you. However, there are 3 routines that come to mind that are still pretty short in duration that may be good for you.: PSEG's routine, Remek's and Waylander's shower routine. Go to the Beginner's sticky and check them all out and see if you want to try one of them out.

    The technique you're doing when you urinate is a simple kegel exercise. I don't recommend doing them during urination, although at least you have learned how to tense that muscle. That exact tensing of the PC muscle can be done at other times throughout the day. I have heard that it's harmful to continually interfere with urination this way, but I can't confirm it. It's probably best just to kegel other times during the day and just pee normally.

    The prolonged masturbation technique you're using is called edging. It's good for stamina and as you have discovered it feels pleasant.
