Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Hey guys, i have been on JP90 since march. I have noticed small gains getting my BPEL to 6.5 to 6.75 (when I kegel) in length. I have not accurately measured my girth but that is the area I would like to work on most. Again, I have been doing this for 6 months and I would like to try a more advanced exercise now focusing on length and girth still but i would like to focus on girth. I know some guys have linked supra slammers as one of those exercises but I am not sure if that is the only one and if that is safe to begin with. I lift weights now and I have gained most of my muscle mass by changing up my workout every month. Is that the same for PE? Either way I would like to start a more advanced routine because I have been Jelquing 150 Jelqs every other day because I have had less time. I didnt feel that V jelqs were doing anything but making me too hard so i started to jelq regular only.

Don't confuse bodybuilding with PE, different types of muscles.
Well the first thing you should do seeing how it's a 3 month routine then after the 3 months you were free to adjust it to more length or girth or some intermediate exercises throwin in, so measure and see exactly how much you gained, then see what you want more? If both then check out the Exercises link at the top of the page and see what you want to add or replace into your routine. For length people seem to try a or v stretches, and girth uli, tunica tugs, supra slammers etc.
So add what ever you like and start off slow with 1-2 reps of the new exercises and always be aware of your PI's and use your EQ to see if you're overworking or not.

H_A, yes you can. as long as it is a good lubricant that doesn't attack your skin or that does not cause any negative side effects you can use anything.

The numbness has subsided but Ive got some sort of red dot on my glans. As if something had popped there. Hopefully its not permanent. Im putting the routine on hold until the dot is gone.
My guess is I put too much pressure while doing the jelqs, Ill be much more gentle next time.

Yes. You have broken a small capillary on your glans. We call these "Newbie Spots"' They happen when you go too hard without putting in the time to condition your penis. Take a couple of days off, use moist heat twice a day and keep your hands off yourself until the spot goes away. It is nothing serious, we've all gotten them. (jP
