I actually haven't seen any gains. You think it'd be best to switch to something else? If nothing else my penis is conditioned enough to withstand more rigorous exercises now.

I've just completed my first training session, and it feels good for now. I have some questions:
1) The training program is supposed to last 90 days. Does that include the days off, or should i count only the days in which i train?
2) I plan to include edging in the workout. Does it matter if i edge immediately after, or later in the day?
3) Does the training interfere with EQ and lasting power during intercourse? Is it better to take a day off if i know i'll have sex?
I train mainly to improve EQ and lasting capabilities. I can't really complain about my size (7.5" x 5.25"), but i think i lack some girth. Increasing that to 6"-6.5" would be ideal, but i know it takes years.

Sorry, I can't be bothered looking through 324 pages for an answer to this question: Is one stroke (i.e. with the right hand) one rep. Or is a stroke with the left AND right hand one rep?

Then watch your PIs and try to increase intensity or duration gradually over a period of time don't go overboard with your grip though.
Some would say jump to ULIs or clamping or even hanging but I err on the safety side and recommend to wait for at least six months before doing those exercises.

1. 90 days including rest days.
2. Up to you and how you feel, but some would use it for a warm down.
3. If you are too rough on your penis then your EQ will be affected, otherwise most men get better EQ from PE in general, taking an extra day off or two according to your PIs is a good idea when overworked or maybe need to skip a day, but making a habit out of it may be counter productive, besides most members here would have sex even on a rest day, just don't jerk off on one
You do have a great starting size, and you aren't lacking in either girth or length, PEing for EQ and stamina is a good idea and any gains that comes will be a bonus

I forgot one very important detail: i have ditched the v-jelq. I find it difficult because i'm not circumcised and foreskin gets in the way. Should i substitute this exercise with another one?

Hmmmm. Your foreskin shouldn't get in the way with the "V" Jelq exercise.
You are only sliding the "V" straight up on the sides of your penis. Even if it pulls your skin up, you are only going to the glans and then starting the other hand up.
Why would you say that your foreskin gets in the way?

Well, i reckon i just used the wrong words. I'm not a native english spoker, bear with me, please.
I'll try to explain more clearly: when i jelq, i pull the skin all the way down then i grip at the base and pull: the skin follows the grip, and at the end of the movement the skin covers the glans completely. When i try a v-jelq, the skin covers my glans when i'm halfway up the shaft, and i can't finish the movement. I also can't feel any internal pressure in the unit, while standard jelqing gives me a pleasurable feeling of "fullness".
I hope this is more clear, and i thank you for the support you're giving.

How do I know exactly if I should be taking more days off?
And as I become more conditioned, should I up the reps/time? Or should I increase the # of days on per # of days off?
