    Question: After I jelq, my penis is no longer or thicker than before the jelqing session. Does this mean I'm not doing it right?

    Oh, and I'm well over 3 months now and I still have not seen 1 cm in length. This is extremely fucking depressing, as it seems like everyone else sees SOME gains after 90 days. What am I doing wrong???

    My penis skin is much darker compared to the top....I mean the foreskin on top off my glans is "whiter". It looks little bit funny, does that go away? Does this mean I am doing something wrong, or have I been training too much?

    I've seen some pictures of that... I think it's discolouration? You should look into it, but what I'm doing that I think prevents it is to do firegoat rolls (sp?) between sets which is basically the same thing as taking putty and rolling it in between your hands, but using your dick instead. It gets the blood flowing around the shaft of your dick and the foreskin.

    Does it take on even a slightly plumper appearance? Any puffiness near the urethra? Maybe a slightly darker color to the glans? These are all signs that you are doing it right.

    I know it - lack of progress is very frustrating when you're investing this kind of time.

    I mean, not really. It might be a tad bit darker, but if it is, it's barely noticeable. Does the fact that I've seen no gains after 3 months mean that I'm doing something wrong?

    A lot of guys start out with such poor erection quality that they seem to make quick strides of progress, simply because they're getting harder erections. If you started with good EQ, that won't apply to you. Just keep this is mind when you compare yourself to guys who make claims of major gains in just a few weeks/months.

    3 months with no gains is tough, but it doesn't mean you're doomed. Problem is that I can't identify any jelqing issues from my keyboard. It's up to you to read up on it the best you can and see if you're doing it right. I believe there are some videos up under the Exercises tab.

    As an afterthought, do you measure BPEL or NBPEL? The former is precise enough to show small gains, whereas the latter varies a bit.

    I measure NBPEL. There aren't really that many ways to jelq so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right. I honestly think that there are some guys who just can't gain no matter what. Before I ever started jelqing, I bought a Bathmate and used that on a regular basis, 20 minutes a day (practically everyday for 2 months) and I never saw any gains. Do you have any experience with the Bathmate? I stopped using it before I began jelqing in June. Do you think I should go back to it?

    Oh, NPBEL!

    Did you at least take a BPEL measurement before you started? NBPEL can be very deceptive. My BP measurement has grown more than my NBP. So if your pad grew a little during the past 3 months, it'll sort of hide your actual penile gains. It's deceptive.

    As far as Bathmate, I never have used one, so I can't speak intelligently on implementing it into your routine. But since you're 3 months in, you're good to start looking at some more advanced stretches if you'd like. I'd also like to suggest the ultimate jelq as an alternative jelq.     So if you were formulating a new routine, the following components could be useful to you:

    1. Add a more advanced stretch. Here are some choices: A stretch, V stretch, Side-to-Side
    2. Do two rounds of stretches instead of one.
    3. Convert to ultimate jelqs. Note that you may want to back off on time or reps when you start, since they're more intense than standard jelqs.
    4. If you've been doing 3 days per week, add another day. Conversely, if you've been over-working yourself, which can also hinder gains, allow for more rest.

    Thanks for the link, I'll definitely give those UJ's a try. But I have a few questions:

    Are you supposed to do them fully erect?

    Also, I usually always get hard after 3 strokes. I always just wait for my erection to go down before I resume jelqing. Am I doing this right?
