    9292, this might be obvious to you but I'll ask anyway. when jelqing are you building pressure between your stationary hand at the glan and the hand moving up the shaft? I can easily pack alot of blood (and cause pain if not careful) in that area and have noticable puffing of the shaft which stays for awhile after I'm done. i only ask because I was doing it way wrong at one point and was getting something similar to what youre describing

    Nope, same erection level as the normal jelq.

    Yeah, you're just going to have to wait for it to go down. This is usually a self-correcting issue anyway.

    I mean, I'm trying to... It's hard to say how successful I am at it. I suppose there doesn't seem to be THAT much blood being trapped in the shaft.

    My average jelqing experience is this:

    I stretch before hand, but my penis is no longer than it was before I stretched (I'm not sure if its supposed to be).

    Then I lube up and begin jelqing. I move my hand up the shaft, palm facing the ceiling, stopping at the glands.

    I then start my other hand at the base and begin moving up the shaft. Once I'm halfway up, I release the first hand and bring it back to the base.

    After about 3-4 strokes, my penis becomes too hard and I have to wait for the erection to go down. I worry that too much blood is escaping in the interim. I do 50 of these (all while sitting on the edge of my bed). I then move into V-jelq's and do 30 of those (I can only hope I'm doing those right, as there doesn't seem to be any videos showing you how to do them).

    After I finish doing 150 jelqs and 90 V-jelqs, my penis does look a little darker than before, but barely thicker and certainly no longer.

    If I'm doing something wrong, I can only assume it has to do with amount of pressure I'm exerting. Should I be using a lot? Or should I only use enough to push the blood up the shaft?

    Also, should I be stretching my penis all the way out as I do a jelq?

    As the temperature gets cooler, the temperature in my room has been getting slightly colder. I hope this won't make a big difference in terms of gains, since there's nothing I can do about that...

    I did those Ultimate Jelqs last night and I definitely noticed some plumpness in my penis. Hopefully I've got it down now, but we'll see.

    Have you tried the other grip? Palm facing down, index finger and thumb against your fat pad. Switching grips seemed to help me substantially.

    One user (can't recall who) said it best: Use about the same amount of pressure you'd use to get honey off a smooth stick.

    I've heard of guys treating the end of each jelq like a stretch, but I prefer to let it hang naturally for the most part. I'll exert just a bit of pressure to maintain my hold under the glans. It seems to me like stretching more is only doable below about 50% erection level anyway, but you're welcome to try that method.

    I don't imagine the cold weather to impact you much, just maintain good warm ups.

    If you're doing 5 on , 2 off and your penis is already tired, edging might not be a great idea. But if your penis is responding well then I see no harm in it. A lot of guys have been edging before they even knew that it had a name. For them, it's the norm, and not such a big deal.

    Edit: Just be smart about it and moderate how much you edge.

    Yes, i'm training 5 days on, 2 off, and my training includes edging. This was just my first week of PE training, i'll rest during weekends. Thanks for helping.

    When stretching in the ok grip, is it okay of you are resting behind your glands? I understand you don't want to grab the glands but is it bad to use the place where your shaft meets the back of the glands as an anchor so to speak?

    Question about warming down. After I'm done with my work out I have to go downstairs to reheat my rice sock before I can warm down. My penis starts retracting( after the jelqs) by the time I can warm down. Will this harm my gains( haven't seen any yet)? Are you supposed to warm down immediately after your done or it doesn't matter?
