    Hey guys what's your opinion on measuring? Do you do it before or after a workout? What about flaccid measuring as well because I know I feel longer after my basic stretches. Thanks!

    I'd avoid letting your sessions interfere with measurements. Measure on off days and with your highest erection quality. You don't have to measure often. Everyone does it at slightly different intervals - once a month, here.

    Greetings fellow PE members

    I have a query regarding the LOT. There is only a tug when I stretch my penis straight up, other than that, there isn't. I'd also like to know how I can maximise my Flaccid length and girth? And if I can incorporate hanging into my daily activities. By hanging I mean, using a rubberband and a lock. It isn't too heavy. Also, I am at tanner stage 3.3 (Puberty) and I am at 16 years of age. Thank you for your kind attention, and I eagerly await your feedback

    Hello, i tried doing the lot thing, and i did the 12 one where i did ok grip just below gland and stretching penis up the tug was quite strong, i did not understand the other two so for straight out(9) i stretched to my belly (laid down) and there was tug, when i did 6 straight down which im guessing is towards legs and the tug was really weak what does this mean with the theory?

    Basically you are see where the "loss of tug is". Mine is down, but I never did anything with that. JP "used" to theorize that working out your penis "against" the tug will give you maximum gains. But you should be working out your penis in all directions.

    I wouldn't worry about this theory to be honest. I have even made gains without it.

    Ohh okay thanks, could someone explain the stretch bit about the helicopter and the BIG stretch how are these done, for the big stretch do you like use force and stretch to maximum length? and also jelq for one where you use first hand ok sign then go up and with second hand do you pull upto halfway on shaft then release first hand and second go up and repeat?

    The helicopter shake is just where you grip the base of your penis and twirl it around to circulate blood. Big circle stretches are just what they sound like: Take hold a little below the glans and stretch it slowly in full circle, maintaining tension throughout the stretch. I wouldn't say you pull hard enough to reach maximum length - that sounds like a recipe for yanking - but apply tension the same way you would for a basic stretch.

    As far as the jelq question you have I think that's personally a matter of technique, if I understand your question correctly. Sometimes I release the glans hand as soon as I start the second stroke. I believe that other guys don't release that hand until the next stroke is halfway complete. See what you prefer. I'm not sure that there is a definitive way to do this. The guy in the video is going a bit too fast for the jelq as JP suggests.
