I've been doing this for a while now, almost at 90 days and I have had no gains at all. What I currently do:
Get in a warm shower, move my penis up/down/side/other side holding it for about 5 seconds. Do this a second time. A few helicopter spins. I usually have a hard on (or close to a hard on) so I wait a minute or two still in the shower. Jelq away. Have to stop every so often as I will get another erection. I may do about 50 jelqs. I will then go to the gym later on in the day and when I get home I will have another shower and jelq again (the same way for another 50 jelqs). I will then go to bed not long after the shower (I work out late at the gym) and will put some moisturiser on my dick and jelq away again - somewhere between 50 and 100 jelqs this time.

Hamburger, reread the first page of this thread. You're not doing the program as written.
Here is where you deviate from the program:
1. Stretches are held for 30 seconds, not five.
2. You do 3-5 PE sessions per week, with at least 24 hours in between sessions. Never twice or three times a day.
3. Each session consists of 150 jelqs and 90 v-jelqs.
That's if you want to do JP90. If you prefer an abbreviated routine, they are out there and they still work.
I hope this helps you change your routine for the better. Not trying to be overly critical - just pointing out where you differ from JP's program.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I have been sitting here trying to make my kegal last longer then just a burst but I get nothing. I was wondering will this get better in time or is this not normal? I am goin to start this program tomorrow and I am really excited about it. And yes I will stick to the 90 day routine. Im just worried abut this Kegal business. I am I wrong to be worried? Thanks in advance.

Hey guys
I'm new here. I just came across this because I was genuinely curious about PE. I am a power-lifter and I've grown quite a bit from it and want to keep everything in proportion. I enjoy having sex with the girl I will marry someday and I just want to make the most of it. I played around haphazardly with PE about 2 years ago and saw really nice gains AFTER I STOPPED. Weird. Anyways I figured I'd give this a go and have been doing the generic one recommended by this site for about 2 days now and things are looking good. I have a few questions regarding the V-jelq though. I am under the impression that you need use your middle and ring finger to do this. I tried this but I felt no pump in my glans. Are you meant to have your penis flush in between the "base" of the v-shape? Earlier I was doing it such that were was a gap in between my penis and the base of the V (holding my penis almost at the tips of both fingers). I've been trying to find some good explanations of the V-jelq and can't seem to get the hang of the technique. With palm facing up do you lock your penis flush against the V and then bending your fingers slightly (so as to make it easier to squeeze upwards against the belly), do you simply move upwards? Unlike the regular Jelq, my glans do not bulge at all. With regards to the regular jelq too, I am currently using j&j baby oil with vitamin e and aloe. My issue is that I am uncircumcised and therefore when I jelq, my skin tends to come along for the ride even after profuse oiling. Should I try switching to genuine water base lubes? Also my ambidexterity is rubbish and I cannot coordinate my left hand to jelq with as much quality as my right. So I just use my right while jelqing with a kegel squeeze. Are there any drawbacks to not maintaining the pressure with the double hand jelq (i.e. when the right hand is almost at the top, start the left hand jelq at the base etc etc). The added annoyance of the tiny bit of loose skin makes things harder too ( pun intended.....not). Hope I've explained myself adequately because this is something I want to purse, for both aesthetic reasons and so that I can enjoy sex even more. Thanks for the help lads. This is a godsend.

Hey kdfer,
Keep the CS planted deep in between the webbing of your fingers. Second and third fingers are best for V's. As far as coordination, it's common for your non-dexterous hand to lag behind, but try hard to mimic what your dominant hand does. You'll get it in time.

Thanks for the reply ThirdArm. But what does CC stand for. Also, is the V meant to inflate ur glans like the regular jelq? If you do it the way I think ure meant to do it, you aren't really squeezing around the entire cross-section like the regular jelq. It's the most difficult thing to get any information on V jelq technique on this site and anywhere else on the internet. Not very sure how you are meant to perform them. Thanks

Sorry kdfer, I actually meant to write CS, not CC. The CC's are the two main chambers of the penis and the CS is that third chamber that runs along the underside of your penis. The CS is the one you want to plant between the webbing of your fingers. You should get some glans expansion during v jelqs, but your observation about the ok grip being more complete seems like a valid one.
The main thing with the v's is to get good pressure on the sides of your shaft. That's really the main thing that the grip helps with.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Hello everyone,
I'm new on PE and I have few questions about the 90 days begginers routine.
1.I have never done any exercises for PE,so is this routine good to start for me or should I start with another programme?
2.Aren't these 150 jelqs + 90 V jelqs too much for a beginner? I have red that 100 jelqs are enough for beginners.
Sorry for any mistakes.I'm not from an English speaking country.

It's a good beginner routine that most people find fine, try it and see, and you'll find out if you can do the full 5 days with 2 days off or need to do 2 days on 1 day off. Remeber to check PI's and your EQ to see if you're overworking or not. If you don't know what that is then it would be smart to read this link:
