About wet jelqing:
"About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. Both hands count as 1 rep."
"Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs."
Does that mean that we have to do 150 wet jelqs with left hand and 150 with right?Goal:+1 lenght / +0.5~1 in girth.
BTW, I'm not from English speaking country.

Hey guys, new here, I just started JP's routine somewhat, about 3 days ago. I'm doing a 5 minute warm up with a warm towel, then the 10-15 minutes basic Jelqs and stretches, followed by a warm towel warm down. Right now I'm planning on doing this for 5 days, then resting on the weekends while doing fairly light Kegels. I'm a little unsure about the exercises and don't really want to cause any injuries so I'm taking it very slow and am still a bit hesitant. I'm wondering if I really should incorporate anything else into the routine since I am new, or should I just stick with this for 90 days and then move into a different routine? I also have been reading a lot about hanging, I'm interested in that as well but am unsure as far as how soon I should try it since I am still a beginner. Should I give the basic routine a bit before diving into that as well? Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Wow XitemeM,I think that's too much for me.I'll start with less reps and will increase with time. For me it's better to get slow gains instead of fast gains with injure risk.
Goal:+1 lenght / +0.5~1 in girth.

Just stick to the basic template, Sladex. The workload is good for a beginner and in some cases it's a even a bit much.

Three week update on JP90 ive gained .5 in EL and .125 in EG. Could not believe my eyes today as my head was so close to the 7 inch line. Almost in disbelief with my gains, but i guess the JP90 plus Jai's is working. And i have been doing light hanging with the Captains wench and Bikers Lock. I was hoping for more girth, would it be ok to up the Jeql count?

Glamissand1, you've gained .125" in girth in just three weeks. That's an excellent gain. Keep the course with JP90 as planned. I'm honestly surprised that you've managed to avoid negative PI's with all that extra work.
acanizalez90, the warm shower warm up is better than nothing, but not as direct as some of the other methods. If it's all that's available to you right now, it may have to do, but it's not ideal.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
