How frequently does everybody else have to cease jelqing to try and regain their erection?
For example, if I can get to 25 (out of 50) reps on the jelqs without having to stop and "jerk it", I am doing quite well. Most of the time, I will get to 10 reps, lose my erection totally, jelq to 20, same thing; over and over it goes. I get pissed off when this happens and it's probably becoming a vicious circle.
Strangely, I can maintain an erection on the 'V' jelqs easier.
Could interrupting jelqing so frequently be hindering my gains?

dear Jonpop...
thanks for your nice routine
but one question ../
is it correct that we can improve the length gain by increasing kegel in each stretching..?

It's all part of the learning process with jelqing and it often comes with the territory of being fairly new at this. For me, sitting down versus standing allowed a more constant semi chub to jelq with.
The likely reason V-jelqs allow you to remain more steady is that they slightly stimulate the frenulum underneath the glans in a way that regular jelqs do not (for some guys, v's make them too erect).
As you get better, you will get better quality jelq sessions.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I guess, but I've been at this for nearly 3 months. I would have hoped to have the jelqs mostly figured out by now.
Oh well.

Dear John .........I want more length than girth as my girth is above average : 5.6" and my length about 5"
should I manipulate the routine u said JP90 or go on without changes..??

I hear you man. Don't be afraid to experiment with different grips, different positions (standing/seating/lying down), different directions (up/out/down), and slower stroke speeds. You'll get a feel for it.
Hosseinpink: Jelq at the lower end of the erection level spectrum. Other than that, do JP's as written and tailor your routine for length after three months if necessary.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Thanks for the routine JP!
I know it's a staple on here nowadays.
I do have a few questions, maybe the kind & helpful ThirdArm can help out with these.
(1) Are the V-Jelqs supposed to be one hand per rep? or two hands?
I've been doing two hands per V-Jelq rep.
(2) If I were to do a BM session added onto the JP90..
Should I do a (light) BM session before, or after?
(I fill the BM with warm-hot water to help with my warmup, then if I feel I have time try to do a quick & low-stress BM session.)
(3) How often should I measure up?
Weekly or monthly?
(4) Also, is it ok to use an extender on my rest days?
^^ (If not) what about an ADS / ANS?
Many thanks!

1. One v-jelq rep would be three strokes: Up, Up, Up/left = 1st rep; Up, Up, Up/right = 2nd rep. All the while you are alternating hands.
2. No device experience, sorry.
3. Monthly is fine. You can do it weekly for the first month or so if you're trying to track newbie gains or immediate EQ gains. Outside of that, you'll go crazy with little variances if you measure too often. Plus, monthly measurements fit nicely into charts.
4. No device experience, sorry. However, I will say that JP's program is already pretty thorough and for some even a little too intense. So at the very least watch your PI's closely. I'm not sure what your experience level is though. Your join date indicates that you have PE experience. For a guy with zero experience, I'd say avoid extras for now at least.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
