Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

    I am just over half way done with my first 90 days using this program, I am really enjoying what I have gotten out of PE so far. I am somwhat confused about what to do next though.... Should i continue using this routine after the first 90 days? Should I add or take anything away after 90 days? What is the best routine for someone after completing this 90 routine. Thanks!

    Steve23. So you suggest to do the JP90 as stated, with Kegels included with the stretches. Will this have any affect on my pelvic floor muscle since I am doing nothing but kegels on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If not, then I would do the JP90 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturda..

    Well do you want length? If not then don't do stretches, do you want both length and girth? Then do jp90 as stated.
    You can do kegels on the same day you do PE, you don't have to do the kegels while you do the stretches, I never kegel while I stretch.
    I hope you have reverse kegels in your routine too if you want pelvic balance.

    CC : you don't have to do the kegels while you do the stretches, I never kegel while I stretch.

    Here's my view on dividing up the routine: If you're going to split things up, do a stretching session and a jelqing session. I would not advise jelqing twice in a day, even if it's only half your normal volume. I believe that the one full jelqing session, followed by a full break until your next day, is a better way to work the penis than to do it twice.

    Stretching is a little different, since it really aims at the ligs (and to some extent the tunica). So that you can separate from jelqs if you need to save time.

    Outside of that, I'm with Steve that the program is good as written.

    However, you have the right to lower the volume a bit (and sometimes that's a good idea), so I would do so my cutting down on the total number of jelq and v-jelq reps at first. You can do this by doing 1 or 2 sets each instead of 3, or by doing 3 sets of a smaller number of reps. Either way would give you the desired decrease in volume.

    I am new here i read lot of information on this form. right now my age is 34 running is that possible to increase size and can i have daily sex with my wife?

    Sure, nothing wrong with your age. Much older guys have started and successfully gained.

    It's possible that the addition of PE to your sex routine will make your penis a bit overworked, so start with a very light routine and gradually build up. In general though, you can have both sex and PE in your life unless either one starts to become extreme (marathon sex or overly intense routines).

    Started when I was in my late 30s and only went for about three months, started back up at 46 and it has worked like a charm so I think at the young age of 30 something it will be as good for you as it has been for me.
