    hi how ar you i just found out about jarring 2day and iv been reading alot on how to do it ,but i am confused on how to do it correctly and is there videos to show me how to do it correctly and how do i start the programme thanks

    You must mean 'jelqing' not 'jarring'. It's basically milking the penis, like you would the udder of a cow. Here's an article on it: Jelq & Jelqing - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness and How to Jelq - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness

    The guy in the video s jelqing a little too quickly by most standards. Slow strokes are what you want.

    Hello! I'm a beginner with JP's routine...i just want to know if the total number of jelq it's enough. Can i add something more? I started with 2 days on and 1 off.

    Hi, I just started jelqing. I am on day 4. A couple of questions:

    1) Is my penis supposed to feel normal or feel like it has been exercised after jelqing? I don't really feel anything after the sessions so far. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Right afterwards, I do feel something. Later in the day, it feels like I haven't jelqed.

    2) Am I supposed to feel blood going up while doing the V Jelqs? I definitely feel it doing the Wet Jelqs, but when I do the V jelqs I don't feel like I'm exercising my penis. Do I need a bigger erection?

    The routine is good as it is! Keep at it this way, roccone, without any changes. You're on the right track.

    1. Visual plumpness and a slightly darker color (especially the glans) is common. But don't look for soreness the way you might after a hard gym workout. Different animal.

    2. Eh, it's not necessarily erection level. The v-jelq throws a lot of guys off, but you'll get it. Plant the underside of your penis in your hand's webbing and ride your fingers along the side of your shaft. Simple. You'll get it.

    Hi, I am new to PEGYM and just started JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine. I am on day 4 and I think I'm getting the hang of it. Just a couple of questions.

    1.I can't figure out how to tell if I am erect enough when Jelqing. Should I be erect enough for my penis to be rigid? It does not get completely soft and I do see and feel the blood pushing though it. It stay's about the size of it being fully erect but it is plump feeling instead of rigid. I hope that makes sense.

    2.My other question is when I Jelq can I do the OK grip with my palm above my penis? I can get closer to the base and feel that I am Jelqing more of my penis.

    It should be soft enough that you can bent it quite easy, but not dangling on the ground flaccid.
    Yeah that's fine, I do my jelqs with an overhand OK grip too.(finger and thumb starting at and touching the pubic bone)

    I tried my first session today and it was a complete failure.

    1, I don't think I warmed up well. My penis was warm but not hot. I just filled the sink with hot water from the tap and threw in a hand towel. Then I took out the towel and rinsed it and wrapped it around my penis area. The towel was somewhat hot but not THAT hot. I guess a sign that it wasn't got enough was that I had to submerge it in the hot water on average every 30 seconds.

    2, I stayed completely flaccid. After the stretches and kegels, I tried to begin wet jelqs. I put the lube on my hands and a bit on my shaft and tried to get any kind of erection but absolutely nothing was happening. I can get erections just fine when I think on my own or when I watch porn but the concentration during the session and my fear that I hadn't warmed up well seemed to stop any erection from happening. I also had a podcast playing so maybe that was distracting my arousal levels?

    That bad thing is that it's winter now and my bathroom has no air conditioner so I can't warm up the bathroom to help with keeping him at full flaccid. The bathroom is always relatively cool.

    Any help, guys?

    I started PEing again, this time using this routine. The first day I did the routine but only did one set of Jelqing and V-Jelqing each. The second day (which was the next day), I did all three sets. What I noticed after the routine was that my erections were softer than before. I stopped for two days, then today was my third day. Same results, the erections seem softer.

    Yet, the orgasms I experienced throughout this period was better than before PEing. Is it due to my constant masturbation? I masturbated once during the first day, twice during the second, and twice during the first rest day. I did not masturbate yesterday and today. Note that by masturbation I mean I ejaculated at the end of the session. During the days I did not masturbate I may have been ballooning, but I did not come.

    Is it due to my lube? I think I was using baby lotion...


    Any idea, guys?

    I think you guessed right that it has to do with your masturbation. You should cut down masturbation to three times at most in a week, in my opinion.
