I am just into my second week of JP's routine and am having an issue. After the first few days it was great, I was having great erections and even better orgasms. Now I am having a problem getting a hard erection. It will get hard but nothing like it was. I have always been able to get rock hard erections even minutes after sex I can get it back up and go again. My wife and I are very sexually active at least once a day. I am warming up and haven't noticed any injury. I use a pretty firm grip when jelqing but no pain or bruising or anything like that. I am doing 2 on and 1 off. When I first started jelqing i had to take breaks because it would get to hard but now it stays about the size of an erection but it's really plump like it's going to get hard but thats it. Basically a really big plump flacid that's slightly rigid. Not sure if I've overworked it and should take time off or if this is part of conditioning?

Do we need kegel when big circle...??

Kegel when the routine tells you to, are you doing jp90 or doing other stuff? If you're doing jp90 then do it how it's stated.

Im doing jp90 I read it may times and didnt stated kegel with big circle..in jp90 is written just kegel with stretch...
by the way i think big circle is just a circular stretching and while the penis is moving, kegel doesn't seem logical.....

wasn't sure if I wanted to start a thread with this question or not, but I think it's best not to, so I ask:
In JP's routine here in my 6th day or so in, at the end of it, if I get around 80% - 90 % erect and grab my penis at the base and hold with a somewhat tight grip and use the other hand to just milk the top half and rub the head and that area like so, I get such a great pump and feeling, not only does it feel amazing but I think it's really expanding my penis and can help in gains! Is this something like ballooning? I'm not positive what that is exactly I tried looking into it .. can some experienced guys comment on what I'm doing and talking about thanks, for one, I'd like to know if I can continue and if it may contribute to gainsStarting Stats

Sounds like a Uli Jelq or Half Ulli Jelq, depending on where you grip (and who you ask). In any event, definitely not an exercise for beginners.
What you're doing is not ballooning, though. Ballooning includes prolonged light stimulation of the penis (especially the glans) without ejaculation.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
