Hi! I was wondering what you would recomend for a guy doing jp90, 120 days and counting. What would the next step be?

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a routine or offer some advice as to how one can do these exercises if they study all week and work a rotating shift. I'm finding it quite difficult as I work a 12 hour rotating shift and also study and don't every seem to have the time to get a good routine going. There will be times where I'll only be able to do it once per week and other times I can do it 3 or 4 times in a row without a gap.
Is there any harm in just doing it whenever possible without actually going into a routine?

Perfect is the enemy of good. Do what your schedule permits.
You'll need a 20 to 30 min block of free time for the simplest of beginner PE routines, and JP90 is one of the more intensive ones. A lot of guys do either stretching or jelqing in the morning and the other at night, if one big session is just too tough to schedule. In any event, just do your conditioning the best you can.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I've got a quick question about JP90. Sorry if it's been asked and answered, I read the first few pages but there's kind of a lot of them, heheh.
So a lot of people seem spooked about ejaculating in general apparently, and there does seem to be a prevalent train of thought that ejaculating especially in proximity to PE can reduce gains. So I'm doing JP90 with the five days two days off, what would you say JP about masturbation and/or sex? Should it be avoided on the five days of exercise and reserved for the off days? Or can it be done the exercise days, just a few hours removed from the PE session? Or should it be avoided entirely? Or does it even matter?

Does adding pumping sessions after each days of jp90 + wearing a cock ring for 30 after those pumping sessions will maximize the gains?

I am in week 2 of JP's routine and it's going good. I am having trouble with the V Jelqs. I've looked up everything I can and I understand the method but can't seem to get it down. My grip slips from the sides and moves towards the top and bottom because my penis twists slightly. My question is can I just add more of the regular Jelq instead of doing the V Jelq?

Hello PE Community. Thank you for this very informative, respectful, and supportive forum. I have just begun the jp90 routine, about to finish my 2nd week and just getting the "hang of it". I just have two quick newbie questions:
1. I tend to get a 50% erection during my stretches to the point where I can still maintain the full big circles however bending down is not as flexible as when it is more flaccid. Should I take a moment in between to let the erection subside or is this not a problem?
2. Is daily sex/masturbation disruptive to the 90 day routine? I am very sexually active and if not, I am masturbating. I just want to know if this will effect my gains since I am dedicating the time to the routine, I would like to do it correctly. I am very disciplined with my body at the gym and plan to be with my penis as well. I just wish I knew about this site sooner.
Thanks in advance for any feedback/advise and my apologies if these questions have been asked before, I have read through a lot of posts on this thread but no questions seem to answer my questions directly.

I can also get erect during stretches. I don't think it's a good thing. Try and get it as flaccid as possible so your ligaments are warm and loose and you can stretch them.
Also, yes, I've heard daily ejaculation is not a good thing. Some people are able to go at it without any harm but from a general scientific standpoint, constant ejaculation tires your penis which logically might stunt your gains. It's recommended to keep ejaculation down to three times a week at most.
