    Ok guys , I regained my 100% morning wood and EQ and tried to take it a bit down with the program. Yesterday i Warmed up for 10 minutes , lubed , and after that i edged for 18 minutes and did the first exercize for a total of 5 sets and warmed down after . I felt great , motivated , thinking I was on the right path. But this morning again my morning wood EQ was <50% ... Could it be because I use the RK breathing technique for PreE through out the day? Or is it because I edged before doing streches? Or is it neither? What can be the cause , i'm still 18 y/o so i never thought i would not bei able to have a pumping powerfull EQ in the mornin'.

    You edged before your other PE exercises? Normally edging is more of a finisher.

    Morning wood is really variable. It's not a good enough indicator on its own, because it varies by where you are in your REM cycle. If you wake up at a slightly different time, your nocturnal erection may be on its way down. Sometimes I wake up with a half chub. Other times it's a hard on. Other times it's soft.

    Only if you consistently had 100% morning wood day after day (and now it's 50%) would I tell you to worry about your routine.

    I was wondering if it is okay to have three day off... and another question does the scheduling have to be perfect sometimes I switch it up a lot.

    If you need 3 days off then maybe try something like 2 days on 1 day off if 5 days on 2 days off is too much for you.

    Well problem is like sometimes I may not be home that long... so it really depends on my situation. Somedays I do 3 day on and one day off or 2 day on and one day off or sometime one day on and one day off... Sometimes I do morning and some other days may do at night... it is never the same. I would say the most I have done is one day on and one day off mostly at nights....

    It's okay if you don't PE the same days each week, or with a precise frequency. However, consistency is important in terms of not taking long hiatuses from PE all the time.

    Thank you for this post I'm really excited to start this routine, tomorrow is when I will get my lube I ordered in the mail and am very excited to start this routine and see where it takes me!!

    One thing I wanted to ask, I am a noobie and it will probably take me a little to get the hang of doing this routine properly, but I was wondering how long would I be able to follow this routine before I should move on or change things up?

    Do the JP90 it is a 90 day routine, start as it is written then add Jelqs as you desire if you feel you need more workload. After those 90 days you can look into intermediate exercises to add to the base JP90 routine. The main thing to learn when to add more and when to cut a workout short. Start light and work up to the advanced workout.

    Cool man, sounds like you're excited. The routine is intended to last at least 3 months, but it's so thorough that many men just keep going. Track your progress. No reason to stop if the gains keep coming. You can always make changes as needed after that 3 months period, but if you're progressing it is not necessary to change the routine.
