Thread: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

    It's just that i get quite excited when i do PE and i get an erection when i'm supposed to be flacid or go over the top with my % , so I edge before so i wouldn't be so excited and be able to control my erection . Can i keep doing this "cheating method" or am I just supposed to get used to it?

    To do the wet jelqs is it possible to do it using a common household item as im not able to get lube?
    furthermore i will only be able to do it on a wednesday, friday, saturday and sunday will this routine seem good enough?

    I know this bit isnt as relevant but is it a good idea to start jelqing as i have already reached my max height i believe but my beard isnt coming along as fast im still waiting for it to come... hopefully within 2 years before im 20 it will .. is this a sign that puberty hasnt finished and theres still time to grow i dont want to risk damaging myself...

    EDIT: also forgot to as is the supplements a necessity i wont be able to get my hands on them either?

    If the edging is bringing you to the correct erection level, then you're probably alright, but the problem is so common that I think you can tackle it in other ways. This first 90 days is sort of a learning period anyway, and learning maintain mostly correct erection levels during the jelq is important. I think you should try to control it instead of edging, even if it's a little inconvenient and makes your sessions longer (waiting for it to subside).

    @minimi, yes used cocoa butter and your schedule seems reasonable. Just be weary of the three days in a row. Make sure it's not too much for you. Honestly, I'm not sure about your decision to do PE or not. Yes, you're over 18, but you seem to think that you have more natural growth in you. Puberty is probably over for you unless you were a late bloomer, and a lot of guys don't grow full beards at 20 anyway. But you have all the time you want to do PE in the future, so if you put it off for now and await any natural gains that may be left, that's your choice and there's nothing wrong with that.

    This is hard for me because as soon as I start to jelq, I pretty much go flacid. My dick is all floppy and stuff but not really erect. I have to keep stopping and jackin off for it to get a bit hard. This is making me mad.

    EDIT: Oh, my morning wood is always 100% raging. But I can't ever get mental errections or erections to porn or being horny. Only to touch, and I can't stay hard enough to jelq. >:O

    Oh and mind you i'm only 27

    A little question about the stretches... After a week of the JP90 I felt pain in the ligs when I tried stretching again. The pain was only when I stretched, not when I touched the ligs or something like that. For the last week I have done jelqing exclusively, which has been fine, no pain whatsoever. So I think I will stick to jelqing and no stretching for atleast 1 more week, however I'm just wondering if the pain was because I stretched too hard? How hard should I stretch, I stretch the dick to the point where it cannot be any longer approximately. I'm a little worried that I might do the streches with too much force, how much should I approximately stretch?

    Also, after each workout I cool down my dick with ice cold temperature for about 2 mins. I've read different theories about this and decided to do it this way. Do you think that this will hurt my gains?

    How flaccid? If it's turtled up, that's too soft. But if it's floppy, and semi-chubby, you're in the correct state to jelq.

    Try it. You'll know within a few minutes if it's any good. If you have to reapply often, it's not going to suffice. Remember that pharmacies carry cocoa butter in the jar and water-based lubes, both of which work well.

    Don't worry about supplementation. If your EQ is low, diet is the first thing to fix, rather than jump right into supplements, which can be a money pit.

    I bet you stretched too hard. I'm in a bit of a rush, but the short answer is to reevaluate your technique.

    The cold/hot post-workout idea is still being debated!

    I use bath mate for 3 years with success. I can share my routine. I have to tell using bath mate raises your arousal when you take it off

    @ThirdArm - Turtled up?? What is that exactly? Probably not, since I am a shower not a grower. I mean, it's not slag like a rope. A tad fluffy, but I dunno.

    Turtled up is when your penis becomes smaller and takes on a wrinkled appearance, such as after a cold shower or dip in a cold pool. It also happens after weight training or other forms of strenuous exercise.

    Anyway, if you're a shower then you don't turtle up as much.

    Your flaccid should be floppy like a water balloon. That's the approximately correct erection level (and it is a range) for jelqing. You'll get it.
