Hey I'm confused real quick. At the start of this post where it says
"Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
Try to rub your hand across your belly as you do these."
What do you mean "Try to rub your hand across your belly" ??? I'm not really getting it..........
EDIT:: Oh yeah. Well, I think my dick is already pretty long enough, I just want more girth. So those V-jelqs are gonna be more important to do then? Those are tough because it's hard to keep the required erection. -__-''

To your first question, JP is just trying to explain that the circle stretches should be done with such large circles that your gripping hand brushes by your belly in the process. Think big circles.
V's and regular jelqs can help girth. Do the original program for now without worrying about focusing on one thing or another. They're both good.
Heh, sounds like your nails need a trim. Good thing you're jelqing the whole shaft. Curl your fingers up a bit when you do these. That may help somewhat.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Guys I have been doing this PE for 3 months now, my program is simple: warm up, 10-15min jelqing, post warm up etc. 3 (+/- 1) times per week.
I've had some prostate (chronic prostatitis etc) problems in the fall so this PE training has been little hard.
However, I am not quitting and I've been thinking about adding some exercises to my program, something that helps to gain thicknes.
What would you suggest? My program would then be: jelqing 10-15min + some exercise for thickness.

Gym,
I have been doing this routine for about 6 weeks now and have noticed about a half an inch length gain but more impressive almost a whole in of girth gains! I have now just began a job that has long over-night working hours and will perhaps hinder my ability to PE every 4/6 days as JP suggests. Would doing the routine with a few more rest days be so bad on my gains?
e.g. last 10 days: 2 days on 1 off, 3 on 2 off, 1 on 1 off.

I've stumbled upon this website through a link for hanging. Three days ago I decided to read more, and found this topic/routine to be best for my begining stages. Little did I know, I've been doing something similair to this for years, just not on a regular basis, no warmup/down, and not as detailed. I will be doing this routine for 90 days before starting the hanging process. This will be my 4th day today, so far, no LOT during the routine.
Although I am curious to know if I'm doing the V "strokes" correctly or not. Am I to make for example a V from my middle to ring finger, and then cup a fist, palm facing down?
Also, what if I have a lot of skin that follows any type of stroke to my head? I am circumsized, though I still feel as if I have excess skin when stroking up. Is this good for future gains?
One more question. What's the outlook on masturbation or sex during this 90 day routine?

The palm does not face down, Curious Joe. Rest the bottom of your penis inside the V. That'll make your palm face up.
Eh, you're probably cut loose and have loosened it more with the stretching you've done for years without knowing about PE. It's unrelated to your size gains. You can try to hold the skin back with alternating hands if it's really in your way. I have some loose skin, but I don't bother anchoring it down. Then again, I don't do V's anymore.

So far I done 12 exercise... I notice the vains are looking more visible and the skin near the gland looking thicker. It feels somewhat different when I hold my dick. I actually like how it looks lol is this a good sign?

Is it possible that my edging habits from before PE have already gotten my penis to be pretty conditioned? if I show no negative signs of overtraining, wouldn't it be more beneficial in the short run to add things to jp90s? Im 21, so my gain from having a bigger dick sooner is definitely more than you middle aged folks lol i need the big dick while im still in college !
also, what are the signs i should be looking for for overtraining?Starting Stats

So I first heard of this site 3 days ago, spent a few hours lurking and decided to kick-start right away with this very routine the same night. After now two days on and one off, I'm actually feeling a slight numbness down there. Not a bad sign that should make me cautious? But more surprisingly, I got this feeling that progress is already being made. So the next time I flipped my boner out I couldn't resist taking a quick measure. Sure enough, my BPEL is already seeing a noticeable difference: +0.5 cm/0.2 inches! Too good to be true, I ask myself
Am I going too hard out, considering that numb feeling, and this programme takes me up to an hour all together, is that too hard starting off as a newbie? Or maybe it's just that these early results is making me a bit paranoid...
