Merry Christmas. I was reading some posts and just want to make sure I am doing the PE correctly to maximize my results. When doing the wet-jelqs, a rep is when I run my right hand up the shaft and stop at the glans, hold and begin my left hand up to the glans. This is considered a rep? When doing v-jelqs, run right hand and left hand straight up, then right hand and left hand up and left, then right hand and left hand up and right. This is considered a rep? Lastly, is it ok to run my hand up my shaft and to the tip to get and erection of 60% while doing the wet-jelqs and v-jelqs?

Oh and about the supplements, I haven't got them yet, but are they the "game-changer" you can't improve without them, did everyone take them? Or is it just for better results and general health?

One wet jelq = one stroke left hand, one stroke right hand.
Your v-jelq description confused me, so I'll just explain it this way: Staight up with right hand, straight up with left hand, up/right with right hand = rep 1; straight up with left hand, straight up with right hand, up/left with left hand = rep 2.
The rhythm is very simple once you do it, because every 3rd rep is done at an upwards angle as you simple alternate hands as usual.
As for your other question, don't ever jelq the glans. That's not part of the exercise. If you find that you're getting too flaccid, it's okay to stimulate yourself a bit, but don't make that part of the jelq stroke.

@RazorBack, I never bothered with supplements because I believe that PE is done through exercise and I don't believe that the penis has the same requirements as skeletal [gym] muscles in terms of recovering for growth. With that said, the 5 Gs https://www.pegym.com/forums/erectil...erections.html have a good reputation around here for improving erection quality, but I don't have any firsthand experience with theI am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

could someone clarify what exactly the following means during stretching: " Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull". The other thing I was unsure about is, are we suppose to do 150 Wet Jelqs before doing the 90 V jelqs?

My question didn't get answered so I will post it again...
I dunno if anyone ever asked or if it happened to them... Well you see, The thinnest part of my dick is at the base, which I am not fond of... now I am wondering and worried if jelqing will make that spot thinner or not.

Ok. I didnīt mean jelq the glans but stroke up to the tip, kind of like masturbating, in order to stimulate when I am becoming flacid.

I have this left curve and upward cure. I dont like that left curve, how to get rid of it? It has just gotten more curvier after I started PE.
And what is hard flaccid?Last edited by Scept1c; 12-28-2012 at 04:33 AM.

Ever use a compass in math class to draw a circle? Picture doing that with your penis. That's the circle stretch.
As far as the exercise order, the program calls for 50 wet jelqs, then 30 v jelqs. You do this little circuit two more times to reach 150 and 90 reps, respectively. However, you can do all 150 wet jelqs and then all 90 v jelqs if you choose to do it that way. Just get the work in there.
Maybe. It's more likely to occur if you fail to jelq the base of your penis, which usually occurs when you don't dig deep enough into the fat pad. For what it's worth, I started with a discrepancy between base and midsection girth and they have now caught up. I suspect that some stretching may have helped to bring out some 'inner penis' that was a little thicker. You'll have to see what happens, but definitely pay attention to jelqing all the way from the base.
I see what you mean. You're touching the glans to stimulate yourself to the right erection level. If that's all it takes, then just stimulate the area in between reps, but don't interfere with the jelq motion itself. Remember, you're trying to make this motion second-nature, so you want to do it the same each time.
If this is something that you have to do frequently in a given session, then evaluate whey your level is too low during jelqs. Maybe you masturbated too soon before PE, or maybe you're doing PE in a cold room.
Jelqing against the curve is what most recommend to fix it, but I've never done it myself.
Hard flaccid is when your penis is in its soft state, but it has a firm feel to it, similar to an erection (not quite that hard). It is a negative PI, and usually the sign of over training.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Thanks ThirdArm. When performing the wet-jelqs, the palms are up like the video in the "exercise" part of this page? I am wondering because your routine calls for the palm to be facing down which I take as it being in front as you go up toward the glans.

so after a two year break I'm getting back into PE and I am going to try JP90. I did the remek-medium routine and I think I got pretty good results after only a month of doing it but I am going to try something new. Just a few questions. Is 5 days a week still the tried and true method or is 2 on 1 off better? I know the remek medium I was doing 1 on and 2 off... Also would throwing in 10 minutes of bathmate after the workout be overkill? I've only heard good things about the bathmate but have never used it before...
