Try both. Give them each a fair shake and see which you prefer. Palm down was vastly better for me once I tried it for a few sessions. Better, more comfortable grip, and seemingly better expansion.

@digitalis, Good idea. JP90 will serve you well. Given the choice, I think 2:1 is better than 5:2. If the latter doesn't cause any negative PI's, and you really want weekends totally free, then go for it. Otherwise I'd go 2:1 so that you have more 'fresh' PE days.
As far as the bathmate, I'd avoid it for now just because you're back from a pretty long hiatus. Even 3 months isn't much relatively speaking. Dang that's a bummer... I was really looking forward to using it. Oh well... Anyways I just finished day 5 of JP90 and I definitely think 5 days is way too much. I was having a hard time today I'm surprised I even finished. I'm actually thinking of starting over and doing five weeks of the program I was on before (Your First Penis Enlargement Workout Routine) since it's only meant to be a beginner program and gateway into more advanced programs. Anyone got any opinions?

Digitalis, I assume you saw some negative PI's which are leading you to believe you over trained. If JP90 was fine for you up until day 5, then just don't do 5 in a row anymore. Do 3-4 days per week, or just go with the 2 on: 1 off ration we talked about before.
But if you feel the routine itself - not the frequency - is too much, then the link you posted to a lighter program makes sense.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I am pretty new at all of this. I bought a "KegalMale" weight training device that I have used occasionally which has added some strength to my perineum but it sounds like I should really start off with these beginner exercises. Since tomorrow is New Year's Eve, this makes it a great new years resolution!
Right now I am 6.5 to 7" erect, depending, not sure of girth, but, I would say average.
One question: do these exercises straighten out the penis? I do have a moderate bend to the left.

You can jelq against the curve to straighten it. Some have used extenders to straighten a curve over many accumulated hours of use.

hey sorry to repost the question but it didn't get addressed, and I'm sure it has been answered before but I don't know how I would go about finding it, so yea I was wondering is it ok to like stretch as much as I want and do bed fowfers? like does overtraining ever come from stretching with the hand or is it usually just from jelqing, ulis, and other such things? thanks

If you wish to add stretches do so slwowly and increase over time. Try adding one more round of stretches and do that for week or two and guage your PIs. You can over train with stretches.

So I've been doing the routine for the second week now and I have a questions. My skin under the glans feels a bit "rough" and it got little marks, like if I would "scratch" myself. Is this from the workout as I haven't been doing anything unuasual?

Sometimes basic stretching has the effect of pulling on tight foreskin. Apply a moisturizer occasionally and the texture should improve. You may also find that the skin in this area stretches a little bit over time in response to the tension of your jp90 stretches.
