Are you using a good lubrication? How rough are your hands?
Calloused or rough dry hands could be causing the problem.

So... I did 5 days of JP90 and may have experienced some negative PIs, mainly temporary decrease in size. I also haven't really experienced any kind of morning wood the past few days but I'm not sure if that should be a daily thing. I've taken four days off and now I'm going to do five weeks of the remek program Remek-Medium Beginner Routine. Using some of the theory from the exercising the penis book I think JP90 is a bit too intense for me to start off and it doesn't go up gradually in intensity. My erections are most definitely harder and I think I may have actually gained a slight bit (possibly due to better blood circulation) since I measured at 6.5 and I'm a little past it now. I don't want to over train though so I'm gonna try to play it safe and do JP90 after five weeks or sooner if I feel ready. Hopefully I might be able to incorporate some bathmate as well since I bought it but haven't used it yet...

Starting this again tomorrow. I started it a few months ago and got a week or two in but had to stop because I just didnt have the time due to University exams and classes etc etc.

I can't get over 50% erect for my jelqs/v-jelqs and if I do, I get flaccid hard. What should I do?

You want to add more stretching to the existing routine? You're almost done with the program - just do it as written and add more stretches in later. Sure, maybe you'd be fine adding them in now, but this is a game of patience. Especially if you're gaining, keep doing the same thing.
There is no standard intermediate program after JP90. Guys usually act based upon their specific goals. A lot of guys just stick with it if it's working for them.
You're free to do that, but if you gained size and hardness what are your negative PI's? Did these negative PI's just show up recently? Something must have changed, but only you know what. In any event, scaling back when things get too intense is a wise move. I'd just be curious about what changed exactly to make you go from positive to negative.
I'm not sure what that program is. Tell us about it. I have some suspicions about what's involved, but explain the details first.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Sounds good, man. More important things always have to come first - you'll get back on track.
That's odd. Can you get normal erections? Because if you start at 0-30% when flaccid and go to 100% erect, then you have to pass 50 and 60 and 70%... (etc.) in order to get there. The only thing is staying there for the entire session.
Hard flaccid by itself is generally a sign of over training, and you should respond with rest. I hear that some guys like a rice sock warm up too, but can't speak to its effectiveness personally.
A little bit of shrinkage sometimes does happen after a session of PE, but if you're impotent (and want to get an erection) but cannot do so, that's not good. I wonder if you're jelqing or stretching too intensely to cause both of these symptoms. Take some time away from PE and get your erection quality back before you restart -- and be gentle when you come back to this. Try to examine what you may have been doing wrong.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
