@ThirdArm the BiggyD routine is basically just controlling your arousal with edging. I just wanted to know if i could do this in the afternoon and edging at night. I just wanted to make sure im not to harsh on my penis and wanted to make sure this is not too much. thanks

Well, edging definitely adds some workload to the routine. If you've been edging even before PE, then you've built up some tolerance to it. It can become too much if you edge too frequently, for too long, or if adding this PE routine totals to more than you can handle.
So when you start JP90, be aware of how much you edge and how long each edging session lasts and start nice and easy. For me, nightly edging would be too much. Maybe not for you.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, I meant I can't get 100% hard when doing jelqs but today, while I was masturbating (4 hours after the PE session), it took a long time for me to get flaccid hard. Didn't have this problem the day before. Although I don't feel any pain down there, I don't feel overtrained and I definitely want to do my session tomorrow. It felt like the blood circulation was being cut short at the base of my shaft. Maybe masturbating and watching porn is what's causing this because my testosterone levels are very high and I exercise regularly. I'll continue with the routine for another 2 weeks and report back.

I just got back into it and I did the 5 days of recommended PE with 2 days off. I was experiencing great positive PIs the first four days and experienced rock hard erections. In fact I don't ever remember being that hard even when I was a teenager. On day five though I had a hard time getting through my workout and I experienced some temporary decrease in size. I also stopped waking up with morning wood after day 5 even after taking four days off. I just did the first day of the other program last night and woke up with morning wood this morning but it wasn't as hard as it was on jp90. Do you think maybe I should just modify jp90 so it isn't 5 days a week? 2 on 1 off might be better... or 1 on 2 off... What do you think?

Thanks yes it really works for me after 2 months beginning and no professional and the next 2 months doing exactly as in JP90 I ve gained about 0.4 " in length.

I should say my main target is in length....
and at the end is there any standard gaining per month to see ..? I think 0.5 " per 3 months is the average is it right..?

For these exercises, does the LOT play a huge factor? Also, are the supplements required?

How do you do the v jelqs up and to the left or right? When I try I feel like I'm not getting a good grip.
