    Ok. I've been doing it that way. I guess I just need to work on staying somewhat hard and getting a good grip. Thanks for clearing the up for me!

    Hi, first time posting here and new to the routine!

    I started just before christmas there and did it for about a week and a half then it pretty much stopped for the last 2 weeks over christmas as we were at my parents and private time didn't really allow for me to be tugging away in the bathroom for half an hour so I only managed a few dry jelqs here and there in the morning or evening.
    So last night was my first night back on and I did the full JP 90 routine, plus I did a couple of Juli's at the end mostly because I love the feel of it and how much it engorges your cock. but afterwards (i'm not circumcised) my forskin was really quite puffed and swollen on the underside especially, I guess it was just very full of fluid after the session but it gave me a fright as i've never had it before, its eased off and this morning its much better so hopefully no damage done.

    Just wondered if some of the experienced guys could offer some reassurance here that it happens or is 'normal'.

    Hello guys. I read this thread tons of time but still i have no ideas what does it mean kegel? How to do that? I read article which i found in one of excercise part but still i dont understand how to do that. Maybe someone can explain?

    Go to the toilet and have a pee... while you are in mid pee clench whatever muscles you feel you need to squeeze to make the pee stop mid flow. These are the muscles you need to excersise. By flexing these muscles (not when your peeing) you will be kegel'ing
    make any sense?

    Don't Uli yet. It's too intense and you don't need that right now anyway. First get consistent with the program as it is (stretching and jelqing only).

    Initial: 6.6 x 5.3
    Goal: 7.5 x 6

    Looks like we have similar starting sizes and goals here with only looking to gain around 1" in length and girth.

    Hello.I can't understand exactly LOT (Loss of Tug) theory.Can someone try toi explain it to me and specialy what exactly does mean LOSS OF TUG.i cheked few dictionaries but cant get what does it mean.Can u try to explain it with otehr words please.I understand about the clock 12:00 ,09:00 ,06:00 but cant understand what shoud i feel
