    "Hey everyone. Good to be aboard. I am new to the forum but have been following it for about 3 weeks now working on a routine. I must say I have seen flaccid gains and harder erections. However, as of late i switched routines and it seems like during the routine I cant really get up to 70 to 80 percent erection now. Is this a sign of over working? Should I take a break? and if so how long? Thanks!"

    Great response, thanks a lot. For the foreskin part...I meant to say the stretching. It's impossible to jelq with the skin back...for stretching though, I believe it should be done with the foreskin pulled back.

    Youre Right, I may have misworded that in the long text.
    Pull the skin back for stretching and for jelging use the two handed method if you need to clamp base.

    Hello fellow PE'ers and JP. I am about to start this program. I have a couple questions though.

    -I am an avid weight lifter and train twice a day, do you think that PE training would have any significant effect on the Central Nervous System? I mean I don't want to overtrain my penis or anything else. Like other muscles is this considered hypertrophy? Will it atrophy if I take time off from PE?

    -The main thing I'm looking for is girth from PE I am currently sitting at just over 5" in circumference and would like to be at around 6 as a long term goal. Is there any other stretches or exercises that I could add in to direct any newb gains I see towards girth?

    -Also if you could go back and revise the program is there anything you would alter/change? I know a lot of great methods for multiple things get revised many times.

    -Could a hot shower be substituted for the warm compress?

    It'll certainly calm your nerves..............atrophy is a risk you face with all physical factors, but you don't just stop "COLD TURKEY" but rather train down and wean yourself off of PE (just like in weight lifting)

    Just follow the Beginner's routine to a tee and you might get your girth as I did. You're mainly conditioning your unit for advanced exersizes later where you can focus on length/girth ect.....

    some of us add reps and different supplements or warmups, but the basic layout is sound and proven.

    You could as many seem to do ,but it is imperative that you HEAT UP as deep and HOT as possible to maximize gains. Rice/Flackseed socks (microwave) are the most versatile but many use lamps, HOT soaks (tub, bowl, bucket)

    The only difference is the muscle in the penis is smooth muscle tissue as opposed to skeletal muscle, which is what you train when you work out your body. Smooth muscle does not grow via hypertrophy like skeletal muscle does.

    Hey JonPop,

    Great routine, very clear and detailed and much better than others I have seen. Im starting this routine tomorrow on a 2 days on 1 off plan. I have some questions before I get started though!
    In the basic stretching exercises it has stretches in all directions except for pointing down, so would adding a downward strecth be beneficial?
    Also for guys who use rice sock to warm up, how do you guys warm up your entire groin area, do you use multiple socks? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question!
