Great post! Question is: Should I see changes in flaccid size after jelqing ( I heard others say you should). Does this mean I am not doing it right/am not capable of getting bigger through jelqing?
Note: I do warm ups, etc. so I think the technique I'm doing is fine.

It usually hangs a little plumper after a good jelqing session. This is assuming you're starting to get the technique down and you're keeping a nice half-chub for jelqing. Of course, some guys turtle up shortly after the plumpness goes away.
If you aren't seeing any plumpness after the exercise, don't fret. There are other signs to look for to indicate a successful session (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!) and the plumpness may come as your technique improves - there is a learning curve to the exercises themselves.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Jp thanks for this routine I have been doing it now for ten days. My question I am confused with is how do I count my v jelqs? When I do wet jelqs I do 100 count per hand which equals the 50, but with rotating to the left and right how do I count a rep with the v jelqs? I feel I am doing them correctly, but I really want to make sure? And is it okay when I take a day off from the routine to do 10-16 minutes of kegels or would that be too much?

Three strokes is equal to one v-jelq rep. You can count it off like this if it help: One rep and, two reps, and three reps...(This way the number denotes the rep you're on, and the 'and' means that you're completing that rep. Each word correlates with a single stroke.)
It goes like this by the way: up, up, up/right = 1; up, up, up/left = 2. At the same time, you alternate hands such that your left hand always does the up/left and right hand always does the up/right. It's hard to write, but it has a good rhythm when you do it correctly.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I m going to end the jp90 and im wanna do some modifications to new program :
increasing quick kegel while stretching from 25 to 40
increasing big circle from 10 to 20....
jelqing unchanged...
r u agree..??
my first target is on length increase......

How did it go for your hosseinpink? Any gains?
I can think of other ways to target length. Increasing your circle stretch from 10 to 20 seems reasonable.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

Yes of course gains.....
about 0.7 inches in length in 2.5 months.
I think so. u mean increasing kegel while stretching what about hold kegel..??
