    The theory is that pulling against the tug leads to the best gains, but these days everyone is advised to stretch in all directions, regardless of LOT.

    Yes, 25 quick kegels, without long holds, are done for each basic stretch (not the circle stretch and not the helicopters).

    hey Guys I'm new to PE, just did my first session yesterday and have already noticed my EQ has gone up incredibly. I hope to gain length and girth during my 3 months doing this program and I'm really glad I found this site.

    Jelqing works my biggest problem is I usually end up masturbating at the end.. which I've heard you're not suppose to do.

    The answer is simple. Don't masturbate at the end. Think of it this way - the poll on pegym said that those members who masturbate after PEing have significantly lower gains than those who don't masturbate.

    Hey everybody! Count me in! Just a couple questions before I get any deeper in this routine! How long is a quick kegel? 2 seconds? Also how long should one be spanning out one complete circle stretch? 5 seconds? I also wonder if I do just the stretches without the jelqs will I get length gains? Or must I do both for length gains? I started PE'ing last week, and seen immediate results! So this is exciting to me lol ohh yeeaaahhhh
